First of all, I had a hard time finding a doctor that would take me last minute this afternoon and Dr. Beste squeezed me in. Im incredibly thankful for that. I had never been to this Doctor before and I have to say that I was quite pleased with the laid back atmosphere. Barbara, who I initially spoke with to set up my appointment was very pleasant and sociable. The other lady at the front desk, whose name I didnt catch was also very friendly. June, the nurse was great! Dr. Beste himself was very nice and warm. Very pleasant. I liked that he wasnt uptight, which has been my past experience with other doctors. I plan on using Dr. Beste as my doctor of choice in the future

I have had the privileged of knowing PA Cindy Grady since 2012 Cindy Grady is VERY attentive, helpful and knowledgeable of the health issues Ive endured. Her honesty and integrity go along way! The staff is very friendly especially Joana who does the referrals. Shes very prompt and always calls to advice your request has been completed. The office may be as I say a Vintage decorative feel.. BUT hey as long as you receive the health care and treatment you NEED and deserve it doesnt matter if Dr Beste and Cindy Grady practice out of a cardboard box. Of coarse a STERILE and CLEAN one.

Upon your first visit at Dr. Bestes office you are told you have to pay $150 out of pocket regardless of your insurance plan and you would be reimbursed once your insurance payment is received. Well be aware this is a lie. They charged my insurance $195 of which my insurance paid $115 and apparently Dr. Beste was going to keep the rest from my $150. Its been almost a year since my visit, I have called multiple times and I have yet to see a penny. Not to mention the office is dirty and run down. Dr. Beste was nice but that was the only positive thing from that experience I can recall.

After a rocky start to my appointment, a nice consultation with the Doctor who listens better than most and provides helpful information. Then as I was leaving after my first visit I was advised me that as a new patient I was charged an additional $150.00 in addition to $25 copay as a New Patient Fee. No Prescriptions provided. Needed to go back and ask for them twice in order to get them. Supposed to go back in three weeks. Good follow-up by June on my prescriptions a couple of days after the appointment.

Came here with a friend to get his Pilot First Class Medical Cerficate and discovered that this doctor charges more than double other AMEs. My friend had no choice because he needed it ASAP so he paid this ridiculous high price (this is excluding EKG as well...). Warning to pilots looking to get a medical from this place! Please look elsewhere and save your money!

Even if you have insurance you have to pay $150. He also limits the patients he sees with certain conditions. Ridiculous.
