I had the most horrible experience here! First of all, when they need to take your blood, they have a nurse do it there. You do not get it done at LabCorp where they do that profesionally. I almost pasted out when the nurse took my blood because she didnt have the skills and did not know what she was doing at all. This took over 7 minutes, mind you. I had to do this multiple times. Secondly, Dr. Serrano prescribed me Zofran while I was pregnant for my nausea, and this was my first child. He is 15 months now, but Im hearing all over T.V that there are cases being filed because of birth defects and heart defects from Zofran! Thank the Lord my child is okay, but he put my unborn baby at risk. Lastly, he did not even deliver my child! Please ladies, do not go this OB, he does not care about you or your child, he is just money hungry! If I could I would rate him negative stars.

First let me say that Dr. Serrano is a great doctor. He is very thorough and his waiting time is faster than any other doctor me and my wife have been to for her pregnancy. However, this is a rating for his business as a whole and not just Dr. Serrano. His staff is very nice except one individual by the name of Christina. She was extremely rude to my wife. She doesnt know much about insurance but portrays herself to be an expert. At one point she would even argue with the insurance company telling them they have no idea what the insurance policy entails because she wants the patient to pay up front even though services are covered. I enjoyed the doctors office but she was too much for me. Apparently others have left his practice for the same reason.

Sadly, i didnt have a choice in faster appointment availability but with Dr Serrano. Staff was over the top friendly, office clean and nice but jeez the waiting time is awful.. i went ahead and did my medical history and pre registration online to speed up the process you know?.... app was at 2:30, didnt see the doctor until 4ish... super busy office, tons of pregnant ladies waiting for hours too...

Dr. Serrano is very nice and attentive to you as a patient. The office staff is always very polite and prompt, I dont think I have ever had to wait on hold when I call. Wait times in the office are usually less than 30 minutes which for a doctors office is pretty decent. The office always appears clean and if you need something or have questions, the nurses are always patient and very helpful!
