If I could give this establishment no stars I would. I cannot begin to explain the heartache and trouble that they put me through. I mentioned to the Doctor that I was experiencing extreme side effects from the birth control that they placed me on; his response was to push through it for another 3 months and see if my body adapts to it. I have never been told by a Doctor that I would have to push through the pain and suffering of birth control ever. It has been my experience with other practitioners that when I decide I no longer want to be on that form of birth control, they switch me to something else that may agree with me and my body more. This being said I was also waiting on results from a biopsy, since they told me I may have cancer, and was guaranteed a call back no matter what. I worked at a clinical office whose hours of business mirrored this offices, so it was hard for me to find time to be able to come in. I verified, verbally, after my biopsy that I would get a call back about the results. After 3 months of calling and trying to find out my results, I was finally told I had to schedule an appointment with the Doctor to be told anything. When I went in for the appointment (which was scheduled at 9:15am and I wasnt seen by a doctor till close to 11:30am) I was told that I was silly for even thinking that I would be called by the Doctor when there was nothing wrong. My biopsy was negative and I should have known that by the fact that they never reached out to me about it. I was appalled and left without making any further appointments. I guess I should have known when the Doctor was willing to answer phone calls in the middle of both my first appointment and my biopsy, without even walking out of the room or stopping the procedure, I should have known that I was in trouble. I will never be returning and I hope that anyone with sense never even steps foot in this horrid place.

I asked him what HPV was he told me to Google it. Go figure... he seemed very annoyed with me..sometimes i could barely understand him. He doesnt give you the run down on procedures before he does it. He just wants you in & out his office asap. I feel like i need to follow up with another doctor, i dont even trust some of the procedures he has done on me such as an biopsy and leep. I feel like i was never cared for & tooken seriously. I know i kept wiggling thru my leep procedure bc i was nervous & he started fussing at me like i was his kid. He is rude sometimes. His customer service skills suck. however his staff is nice, Im sure they are annoyed by him. Im going to another doctor to make sure Dr okeli didnt screw anything up. This is why I hate going to doctors, they rarely care.

Showed absolutely zero empathy or care from start to finish. Had bloodwork performed. First visit went fine. Second visit, the staff expected us to wait almost an hour because they hadnt wanted to give us an appointment. Two weeks after getting my blood, they finally looked at my blood when I came back only to tell me I had a molar pregnancy....without so much as a "Im sorry" thrown ANYWHERE by ANY of the staff including the doctor. No one cared. We were just a number and a faceless couple getting a d&c done, after all. Who cares? Absolutely horrible experience the entire time. Will be switching AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Dont go unless you just want to be a number.

First of all the waiting time is way above the average I was made to wait in doctor offices in the past. The doctor was wearing regular clothes, which I have not seen in any other practice. The thing I disliked very much was that no paper blanket was provided to cover at examination, which was making me very uncomfortable. All the practices provided that. In addition to this, if you wish to get your medical records so you can change the doctor, you need to pay a fee! Excuse me? I think I have already paid for examination and have a right to see and get my records for " free"? I am not coming back.

Dr. Okoli has delivered my last two children. He has always been amazing. However his office staff (especially his wife) do not know what they are doing. I made an appointment last week with Mrs. Okoli to be seen by the Dr. today. When I showed up I found out she never booked the appointment. I then found out she wanted to charge me $160 even though my deductible is met. Instead of reverifying she insisted she was right. I promptly left. Its a shame because Dr. Okoli is such a great Dr.

I sat at 10 cm for almost 10 hours because he would rather sleep than come deliver my daughter. Her heart rate almost reached the 200s and my blood pressure started going up. He came in at 8 am broke my water and said Ill see you later... the nursea has to force him to deliver my daughter because we were in destress and had to be given pitocen to restart labor and steroids to brING our hear rates down... thats grounds for malpractice... do not go here

Dr. Okoli is an excellent physician and we are grateful to be able to refer our expectant mothers who are planning to place their babies for adoption to such a caring and nonjudgemental obstetrician. Birthmothers love their babies and want a better life for them, and it can be surprisingly hard to find medical professionals who are sensitive to their needs. Dr. Okoli consistently gets rave reviews from the clients we send his way!

Nothing about this place or person I have nothing nice to to say his wife is rude unprofessional the workers are afraid of her her husband he is arrogant he did a sloppy job on my dnc that I thought was not necessary I had to go to another hospital and get the dnc done again they had to clean up his mess the same year so I had to deal with the fact that I had two dnc and a miss carriage never recommend this person to any one

Worse doctor ever. He racist and he rushes his patients. I had bleeding during my pregnancy and when I came in he made it seem like I shouldnt have come in. His wife was rude after I tried to get my records for my new doctor ( I switched doctors cause he was so horrible) she took 14 days to send them. It took one of my friends who also switched doctors cause he sucked so bad to threaten her. I dont recommend him to anyone.

The office is always nice and clean and inviting. The staff is always sweet and very caring. I have been with Dr Okoli for over six years and do not plan on changing doctors unless he stops working or relocates out of the city.
