Since it has been over 3 years since anyone has reviewed Dr. Blair It is due time. My wife and I picked Dr. Blair and made an appointment to see him. The first appointment it was a surprise we saw someone else. It was actually 3 or 4 visits in before we had him. You actually dont get a doctor here you just see them all and whoever is on call the night of the delivery is who you get. I am not sure if it was Martha but the front desk is still terribly rude. My wife had a umbilical hernia and when we called in to discuss it whoever was at the front desk was very rude. (this was about 6 months ago or so it has taken me awhile to get around to posting this.) She told us that we needed to find a surgeon and have it removed. Naturally telling a women in her third trimester that she needs to have surgery will freak her out. She called back and tried to make another appointment and the lady actually denied her. I called an forcefully made an appointment after also being told we needed to just go see a surgeon. Long story short Dr. Blair said no of course you dont need to see a surgeon they should of referred you to the surgeon we use after the delivery. After we left him and were sharing our story to all of our pregnant friends we heard another story from a friend who left after he said he had to test her for an STD even though she knew there was no chance of that. He kept leaving the room and going to the computer in the other room in a very strange fashion. This is clearly just a job and not a passion for Dr. Blair. He seemed ignorant when it came to the details of pregnancy and when I confronted him about his office assistant you could tell nothing would change. If you are reading this Dr. Blair please be a good Doctor and take control of your practice. Listen to your patients and have empathy. Try to remember that pregnant women are very special and dont need to be treated like crap by your office.

Dr. Blair was amazing. But due to the office supervisor, Martha, being so incredibly rude, I will not be returning back. When I told her that I worked a full time job and my job is very strict with my time off, she told me to "figure it out". When I called her out on it she then said, "people do it all of the time, you will just have to figure it out". No, "Im sorry" or "let me see if we can work with you". When I called backed I spoke to Donna who was incredibly nice and helped me fix my situation in minutes. When I found out Martha was the supervisor I then decided it would probably be best if I went to see a different doctor. I am very hormonal right now and I really need someone who is going to be understanding and not rude. I would not reccomend this doctors office to anyone.

I love Dr. Blair and his staff. I was diagnosed with PCOS 13 years ago, but have never found a doctor who took my symptoms/ pain seriously. Dr. Blair listened and acted on my issues. I am now living much happier thanks to his care. Before this, I wouldve NEVER seen a male doctor. Now I cant imagine seeing anyone else. His staff is really friendly and awesome. I always have questions answered promptly and am able to get in pretty much anytime. He performed my surgery in December for PCOS treatment, and while I dont remember much of that day my husband and mom were impressed with him and his bedside manner. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone woman looking for care.
