I would give Dr. Bosco 5 stars; however his staff is AWFUL. I called two weeks ago to make an appointment, when I told the worker that I would need a prescription filled before then she assured me that they would send that request to the Dr.s office. I never heard back from the Dr.s Office or from CVS so I called the Dr.s office again last week, and left a message. After not receiving a call back I called the Drs office today. I was told that I needed to have the pharmacist call them to request a refill. I told the nurse I had never done it that way before and asked why the pharmacist had to send the request, the nurse responded with "I dont know, thats just what Allison told me to tell you." I got snippy back with the nurse and said, well could you ask Allison why I have to do it that way, then call back and let me know. The nurse replied yes, I would love to. Just to clarify, I am not expecting a call back anytime soon.

Theyre too busy to help properly! Besides the fact that they cant get you in within your first trimester regardless of high risk status, they cant get responses back in a timely manner. They are so busy that test results sit in their office for weeks and theres nothing you can do about it. Besides that, which in my option is sub par care, some of the staff is very awful and have no customer service skills whatsoever. There are great staff there, please dont misunderstand me. But when an ob doesnt have time to take care of basic pregnancy related care, its time for them to hire more doctors, and its time for Kyle residents to go somewhere else. I hope to God no one has died from this lack of care.

I didnt like Dr. Bosco at all. He didnt make me feel comfortable. After my annual checkup, I cried all the way to my house. But he is my Sister-in-law OBGYN, so he must be good right? But no. Its not normal. You shouldnt feel bad after an OBGYN appointment. Then when I got pregnant. He gave me an appointment until my 9 and a half weeks of pregnancy. And when I started bleeding, the only person I was able to talk to was the nurse. I didnt get a follow up from him. I still havent heard from him. I even talked to my mothers OBGYN in Mexico before talking to him. Im extremely dissapointed with him. I wouldnt recommend him. You would be just a number.

Dr. Bosco Best Doctor I have ever had. He made me feel very comfortable every visit. His staff always gave me great service. I highly recommend him!
