I have had the pellets done twice at Dr. Jukes office however I am dissatisfied with their operations and will be changing providers. The first time I received the pellets, I went in after a month and my tests showed fair to moderate results. I discussed that I was not feeling the impact of the pellets and they sold me DIM which I have been taking ever since. I did get a little better results with the DIM but nothing like what my friends who have had the pellets described. After 4 months, it was already substantially fading so I went in for a second pellet insertion. The PA was a different person and she inserted the pellet. She placed it in the near center of my hip which I understand from other doctors is not appropriate due to its proximity to the sciatic nerve. I do not know if that is accurate or not, but I do know that it was substantially more painful than the first insertion and created a very large knot through which I could feel the pellet. After a week of no improvement, I called the office to discuss the possibility that maybe the pellet had surfaced or was not in correctly since it was still very large and painful. They told me it was normal. Exactly a month from the insertion, I called again because I had even less result than the first time. I did not even have the negative side effects of acne or hair loss that I experienced the first time. They called in a lab request and I was re-tested. The result was that my FSH was still very high and the testosterone was lower than hoped. At that time, they said they would schedule a booster. They transferred me to the person handling appointments and she attempted to schedule me for a month and a half later in mid-May. I explained that the date was too far off and unacceptable. She then “found a cancellation” and scheduled me for April 15th for the booster. (Today). This morning the office calls to tell me that it is too late to get a booster now so my appointment for this afternoon is cancelled. So basically, I have indicated that something was wrong from the first week after insertion, I gave it a month to make sure and called back, and then they took too long to schedule my appointment and now it is too late. $325 down the drain and no results. Now apparently I am supposed to wait another 2-4 months with no results for my money; not sleeping, gaining weight, and really irritable to name a few symptoms because they messed up the scheduling. This is completely unacceptable to me and I have lost all confidence in their facility. I strongly recommend that you consider another provider if looking at Biote.

Complete Joke is exactly how I feel about my Visit with the incredibly rude DR. Jukes. She doesnt even deserve to have MD next or even close to her name! She was RUDE , NO EYE CONTACT, RUSHED, INCONSIDERATE of any of the EMOTIONAL stress one is already under when visiting for a private concern, unprofessional and seemed to enjoy asking questions that NO ONE, unless in the medical field would understand how to answer. IT may be her lack of any female hormones that is missing, so maybe its her urine and blood this office should be testing. I left with complete disgust and uncomfort and WILL never go back and will make sure that everyone I speak to regarding a reference or any medical discussion knows what a disgrace she is to her field. ITS Very say these types of Doctors exist! IM SAD I HAD TO EVEN GIVE HER ONE STAR

I have been a patient of Dr Jukes for over 10 years and trust her completely. She is a no nonsense and gives you exactly the care that you need. She has worked with me for the last 5 years on some challenging womens issues and I have always felt heard and that I was given the right care and advice. I am not an easy patient because I have a ton of questions and she is always patient with me and lets me know what I should and shouldnt be concerned about. I have so many questions that sometimes I forget all of them when Im at my appt and need to call back to ask them. When I call the nursing staff they are responsive and get me the answers I need. I can understand how some of the women who commented on these reviews may have felt like Dr Jukes wasnt listening but she is always listening.

I have nothing but good things to say! The staff were very polite! There was a little miscommunication and they took responsibility and made what could have been a bad experience, good! I was given a starbucks gift card and accommodated with a later appointment. Ginger is super sweet. Dr. Jukes is amazing! What took my doctor hours and several tries, she completed in under 20 minutes! She is a pro! I highly recommed her ladies if youre looking to get an IUD! Also, the office is so clean its like being in a spa! Im so happy I was referred to Dr. Jules!

I received a phone call from a clinic in town informing me they had received my medical information by fax from Dr. Jukes office and they wanted to know if I was planning on making an appointment with them. Turns out someone in Dr. Jukes office faxed my information to them by mistake. I called the office to inform them I was not happy with the violation that occurred. I was treated rudely and essentially hung up on. After being told to take the wrong dosage of a medication and now this...I will not be returning to their office.

If you want to be lied to by the staff, treated rudely at every visit, never see the doctor no matter what the emergency after the second or third appointment because she only treats new patients after that, then this is the place for you. They admitted today their email system was not working for 2 days so they sent out a blanket email yet when in July I received no email reminder, they insist on fining me $50 or I have to drop the doctor. Happy to do so!

WARNING BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This was the most horrible experience at a doctors office! I came out more confused and very violated and that took awhile to get over just to find a bill in the mail charging me for asking a question during my exam. She has the worst bedside manners and acts like you are bothering her. PLEASE, PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR!

Dr. Jukes (and her entire staff) are caring and take time to make sure I always feel comfortable and know my options. I was having increasingly painful periods with heavy bleeding. After a minor proceedure, I have almost non existant periods (and didnt have a hystorectomy)!! I am so happy.

I understand emergencies happen so I waited 1 1/2 before I was seen. When she finally came, she was rude and just rushed through. She said she was sending in medication and forgot. I will not be back to her, its so hard to find doctors that care about patients still.

Dr. Jukes is great. The front desk staff, not so much. They put you on hold for 20+ minutes, will not help you reschedule an appointment, and most of the time- in my experience have been rude. Very disappointing considering Dr. Jukes is a great doctor.
