We took my cat for a check up which actually had to be rescheduled TWICE because they called LAST MINUTE and said there was no available vet, even though both times everything had been scheduled months earlier. So we finally took my cat for his long needed checkup, and the staff who looked at my cat was completely unprofessional. The vet did not even know how to properly hold my cat during the entire checkup. The older nurse who was there, was also useless and had no professionalism. Normally, an experienced vet should know to to hold and properly restrain a cat in order to draw blood. The vet and nurse, however, had no handle on how to hold my cat in order to keep him still for a second to draw his blood. When my cat came out from having his blood drawn, his leg was all bloody, and normally a cat getting blood drawn should not have a wound bigger than the size of a needle. Of course, I was super horrified and upset, it looked as if my cat had been abused and hurt on his leg. After we took him home, he also didnt want to walk on his leg and he was slightly limping on the leg he had his blood drawn. While we were there, we also asked why his leg looked so terrible, and the older nurse just said my cat was "aggressive and fierce" which was why she couldnt hold him. However in the past, other vets have never had this problem with my cat. Previous vets have all told me my cat is super friendly and cooperative. The vet and nurse we saw this time completely put the blame on my cat saying he was being "uncooperative". You could clearly tell that both the vet and nurse has no love for animals and was just there for "the job" and to get paid. They had a terrible attitude and the service overall was bad.

They pretend they care but they dont. 2 weeks before my dog died, they told me it is best for her to go on the Wellness plan. They new she had an incurable sickness. Because I was trying to do whats best for my dog I signed the contract. Two weeks later they tell me theres no hope and I need to put her down. I put her down and then I come to find out Im stuck with paying the monthly payments for a year even though my dog is no longer alive. Its almost a year later that my dog has been gone and I owe $280 still for my dog who is no longer alive. WORST PLACE EVER. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I have 2 other dogs and NEVER will I have them attended there.

Terrible, do not bring your animal here. After bringing my 4 month old bulldog here, the day after he started to get the beginning symptoms of a cold. After going to another vet, it was diagnosed that he picked up a virus and it was affecting his lungs. This leads me to believe that this place isnt the most sterile or sanitary enviorment either. Besides that the service was horrible, we waited almost 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. While being seen with the doctor, it seemed as though he didnt even care about the well being of my puppy, just making a profit of me. Please do not bring your animal here. It is horrible.

This hospital told me I could utilize a coupon for a free first visit for both of my cats over the phone. I was fostering kittens at the time and wanted them checked for the sake of my other cats. When i arrived, It was as if I had never called beforehand and was hurting their $$ production somehow. I rudeness and attitude from the receptionist, and the vet that i heard her confirm things with, is completely unacceptable. Please go elsewhere, this place does not even pretend to care for your pet, just your money.

I have never had a problem with this place. I love it! Everyone remembers me and all my pets and I feel treated like family. All the techs/front desk staff are friendly, courteous, polite, and always helpful. I never feel rushed by the doctors. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, and I get honest answers. Scheduling is always flexible and Ive never had a problem canceling or rescheduling. And you can keep track of all your pets medical records online, which is super convenient.

DO NOT get into any contract here. Will pretend to be all good the first 2-3 visits, then they will charge you for everything... ear swabs will cost you $50+.... They will give you the most expensive med prescriptions... they will start pointing you to contract clauses you never realized you signed. Bad DOCTORS here----- they pretend that they care but really dont... COMMERCIAL to the CORE.... Everyone is trying to sell you and get you to spend more money

Worst vet ever. They renewed my wellness plan without my consent, telling me its automatic if I dont wall to cancel, called 2 weeks after the renewal data according to them. They never have any appointment for emergency services. Always send me to other Banfields, so inconvenient. I had to take my dog to another vet, even if they are still charging me monthly.

Caring and Considerate. Saw us at our appointment time. Treated us well and was very attentive to my dog. Dr. Meade is wonderful Took a great deal of time explaining the situation with our Jack Russell. She has provided excellent care. The office calls and checks in to make sure everything is OK. I would recommend them.

Great staff, these people really love animals, theres an Irish vet there that is just so sweet, Doctor MacNeill, best vet Ive ever had the pleasure to meet, she really cares about every animal that comes through the doors.. God bless her...
