Dr. Kang was an absolute horrible experience- rude, rushed through my appointment & booked a staff meeting during my appointment (I knew this because a nurse walked in our appointment and asked if she was going to be there!?). She also putdown the front desk staff by saying "they dont know how to give directions and thats why they are front desk staff". I couldnt believe she talked about co-workers in that way- and in front of me!? The front desk staff on the other hand were completely sweet and had a smile on their face as they were checking me in. That was the most enjoyable moment about that horrible doctors visit!

I was not able to bend my knee without pain or go up and down the stairs. The PT department assisted me with my meniscus issue and hamstring than had an issue with tendonitis of the knee. Back to jazzercise after PT of 6 weeks. They helped reduce the inflammation and the exercises was given to strengthen my thigh and outside thigh area helped me get back to normal. Feel stronger than ever! Thank you Joe and Josh!

Appointment was simple to schedule. Reception was a very simple, streamlined process. Clear directions were given on where to go and wait for my name to be called. I was called within 5 min. Medical history was spot on (meds, treatments, etc) saw dr within 5 min. Very knowledgeable and professional. Back to work within an hour.... overall best treatment available in the area.

Young lady at check in wanted me to pay before I saw the doctor. I asked her if she ever walks into a store and pays the cashier BEFORE she walks the aisles and she said yes, I do it all the time. Shes an idiot!! She began to argue with me and became quite indignant. Totally arrogant . They need better staff here in better moods

Walked in at 8:01 to have a fasting blood test done. Dont know if they forgot me or what but 40 minutes later they called someone who had came in after me. Had to leave to go to work without getting my tests done. Will go to the one in Woodstock that is actually well run.

Ive never had a bad experience at this facility. Not sure what others are griping about. They may even been false reviews. Dont hesitate to go here.

The staff here can be pretty bad, sometimes theyre ok. Docs here are really good and knowledgeable.
