One of the worst experiences ever with Dr. CHOUDHURY. She totally made me feel like I was drug seeking. I came to her wanting help with my anxiety panic attacks and she made me feel horrible. First she has me call walgreens and get them on speaker phone so she can hear what Medications ive picked up recently and I was fine with that kinda strange though. Then I hand her my medication Ive been taking xanex and she looks and the bottle and tells me " am I sure ive been taking my medication as prescribe? look as if i have less in the bottle" i tell her would you like to count them.(BTW when i left i counted them and i had taken 12 which i could of taken 18 since i picked up my script) She was not help at all didnt talk to me as a person at all she looked at me like a pill addict which i am not! I started crying some while speaking with her and she says seem like I am sad because she wanted to take me off my xanex, umm no rude ass i am upset because ive been dealing with panic and anxiety disorder for 10 years and i need help. This is not a Dr beware.. should of never became psych dr if you do not have passion for people and what you do. I did also inform the staff of how I was treated when I left.

After one week of calling and leaving detailed messages with their intake department (only to have them return the call at the ONLY times I indicated that I would NOT be available) I happened to speak with the intake person. I explained to her that I was referred by another physician to Dr. Vedak at which she curtly replied that he is not taking new patients. Her manner became even more offensive as she bluntly asked me what I needed a referral for. When I asked if any of her physicians were accepting new patients, she demanded to know what medications I was on before giving an answer. When I explained to her that her manner was offensive, she hung up on me. Im appalled at this entire exchange with a so-called professional, mental health provider.

oh my such a horrible experience. Ive been trying to make an appointment for a month now. incredibly rude women, literally sending me in circles. i call, leave a message, they call, dont answer my question, and tell me to call and leave the same exact message again to be left a message to call again and so on. incredibly unprofessional. get it together wow.

Ive been going to a doctor in this practice and my son has as well for 14 years. The doctor really cares for my son. She is professional and thorough. At times weve needed to see her quickly and she has always gotten us in within 24 hours. Im happy to have found such a good doctor.

Worse place to every go. The staff are unprofessional and lie about what they treat on their page. I found out in a session that the counselor does not do couple counseling and on her page it says she does.

Dr. Posni is a great doc, very insightful with regards to my treatment. Takes great care in making sure I understand each step in my care. Highly recommend!
