BEWARE!!! This doctors office only wants your money! Ive been a patient for over 20 years and I dont know if its the change in doctors every few months or what but the patient care/customer service has gone down the toilet. Ive left voice mails on several different occasions requesting my prescription be refilled only to get no call back on the status. When I called the next day to ask why my prescription still wasnt filled I was told by Tawanna that Dr. Bryant would get it done that day. The third day I called back again to see why my refill still was not submitted to my pharmacy and I was told that Dr. Bryant needs to see me before she can refill my prescription since she last saw me in March. Why do you need to see me when I was there 3 months ago??? just to collect a co-pay because you obviously dont care about the pain Im having. Not to mention when Dr. Bryant saw me in March that was also so she could refill a prescritpion I needed. I was told in March that it was almost a year since they had seen me so they wouldnt refill it until I came in which I can understand but 3 months later and all I want is a refill there should be NO need to see me again. I will take my business elsewhere to a Doctor that CARES about their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Davis since his practice was the GTE Clinic. He was a caring person then and now, 20 years later, he is still the most caring and understanding person and doctor I ever had. Yes, his practice had to change with the times (this is the cause of the rotating associate doctors), but Dr George Davis and his old office staff have not changed. He is a great doctor and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else.

Prior to becoming part of Fl medical clinic Dr. Davis was a great office. Since then seem more interested in creating multiple appointments for you to come in and tell them that everything is working fine. Been with Dr. Davis for more than 10 years and now seeking a new primary care, I also dislike that you can no longer leave a message if the office is not open. Very disappointing new business model.

My family has been seeing Dr. Davis for medical care in the past 15 years. Dr. Davis and his office staff are very caring medical professionals. Anyone needs excellent healthcare provider, Dr. Davis is the one for you.

Worst customer service ever!! My first contact to schedule an appointment and the receptionist that took my call was very quick to tell me there were no openings at all today before I could even get two words out with ending the call by slamming the phone down. Unprofessional and to be my PCP I would never call or recommend any here.

I have been going to Dr. Davis for 20 years and have never had an unprofessional experience with him or his staff. They have always treated me with caring kindness. Believe me, I have encountered unpleasant office staffs at doctors offices before and do not hesitate to tell the doctor if they are unprofessional.
