I was not happy with this Dr or his staff AT ALL! They are extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone and dont seem to have a clue what theyre doing. Not to mention they sent me to the at a completely different location to get my blood work done, I have never been to a doctor that sen me somewhere else, why couldnt they draw it in the office? Second, the Dr didnt even see me, I was seen by a nurse and she didnt seem to have any idea what was going on. I complained about a pain in my foot to which she replied, without even looking at it, its probably a sprain. I have a history of serious nerve problems which she didnt seem to take into consideration when I was describing the pain on my foot. When I called to get the results of my blood work they and no idea what I was talking about and said they would call me back but never did. then when I went into the office to ask about my results, they said well everything looks good and provided me with the results I could already see online, which didnt include the tests that I needed to have done. I have another appointment with this Dr to go over the results as I was meant further tests, but I didnt want to go into this in the waiting room with other patients there. Needless to say this is a horrible office and once Im done with everything I need, I will never be going back!!!! Oh and to top it off the office and staff stank of cigarette smoke!!!

Dr Delucia has been an incredible doctor since I moved to Florida about 8 years ago. Pulls no punches but is an incredibly caring doctor. Now being a great doctor means he is in demand and busy, so be okay with a wait sometimes to see him. I call and can get to see him within that week, sometimes the next day, but if there is an outbreak of the flu, cold, plague, know that his schedule can get booked up. I drive all the way from the beach to see him in Tampa (30+ miles each way), great doctor!! Five years later: Well Dr Delucia has retired. The primary doctor that replaced him just spent an hour telling me that she does not support the same treatment Ive been getting for the last nine years with Dr Delucia. While I would drive across the state for Dr Delucia, I would not cross the street for the replacement. Sorry to see things go this way....

Dr. De Lucia has always been a kind and thorough doctor in my opinion and that is why I keep going back. Every time I go, I get there at least 15 min early and I still wait well over an hour before the Dr. sees me. I have even been there early in the morning with only one other person in the office and I still waited 50min! The office staff can sometimes be rude, disorganized and unprofessional, especially on the phone, but not all of them are. A few are very nice. They definitely need more customer service skills and office organization training though. If they did, they would be a much more pleasant and efficient office. I dread going there sometimes and dealing with the wait and the office, but the doctor is very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He has a genuine concern for your health.

Ive been seeing Dr. Delucia for well over 10 years, hes a great guy, but as a doctor he needs to find another line of work He wasnt always like this, I think it started when he started pushing Protandim down everyones throat. I researched it, its a scam. My last visit on March 31st, and it will definitely be my last visit, I mentioned that I had an issue with my throat and when I eat I could feel it going down my esophagus and entering my stomach. He asked if I had acid reflux, I said no, he then ignored it, he didnt even take a look at my throat. On June 1st I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. I lost 2 months, 2 months Ill never get back because of his incompetence.

Although it took over 3 hours for my appointment (which I hear is the gong rate), the Dr. was excellent. Being a D.O. he is not likely to push medication or unnecessary procedures just because he can charge your insurance. His fees are extremely reasonable and they will work with you on payments if your insurance is being difficult. I am thankful that I finally found a decent physician in Florida after 4 years to call my primary. I would give him three stars if I didnt have to wait so long to be seen and my appointment to be finished. Also, the place is not as clean and updated as I would have liked it to be.

I am a patient advocate. I have never met Dr. De Lucia, but his office staff is substandard. I tried for several days to speak to the Referral Coordinator without success. The receptionist is the worst ever. She refused to let me leave a message. I was told the office manager did not have a voicemail. I was so vexed about the treatment I received. How many elders fall victim to the receptionist or office staff from hell? Would you like your loved one cared for by this office? I IMPLORE YOU TO GET OUT WHILE YOU HAVE A CHANCE.!

Dr. DeLucia is the best! He takes time to listen to what ails you. He has been a doctor for more than 35 yrs and definitely knows what he is doing. He is a regular doctor with a holistic approach! He is what I look for in a doctor and I highly recommend him. The staff in the office was very nice also.

Dr Delucia is great, however his staff needs to be fired, this office is the most dissorganized, unprofession staff I have ever dealt with. They are impossible to refill prescriptions with, dont follow through with your pharmacy requests, etc...
