I left his office in tears. I will not be back and I think such cruel people like Dr Holt should not deal with dental patients. I was scared to go to dentist, it took me some time to put myself together to come and he was very very insensitive and I as was in pain ( my tooth was hurting when I came in) and left in tears and in pain... sad story I came in complaining about the pain in my tooth. I told receptionist on the phone that I have a pain in my tooth and need urgent help. She scheduled me in 4 days after I called. I am pregnant. When doctor asked me to do Xrays I told him I dont want to harm my baby. He said there is nothing he can do without Xrays. OK, so we did Xrays because he said he cant treat me otherwise. And turned out ( after he looked at Xrays) that I will probably need root canal and I also have large cavity and will need filling with build up. I told him, ok, please do something as I am in pain. Dr Holt said he did not have time. I was surprised because I made an appointment to see him because I was in pain and didnt make an appointment to have a conversation. I made an appointment to get dental work done and get rid of pain and cavity.I told him it took me a lot of courage to come there and I am in pain, so I was hoping to get help that day! He looked like he had a tight schedule and didnt have time for me, then he said he will need "MULTIPLE" xrays for root canal. He is not sure if it could be saved, maybe even better to pull when I can do it and put an implant. I told him that I want to save the tooth, can we try to do root canal, please? I said that I had root canal done before, without multiple xrays, maybe one?. Thats where he said, ok, then you can go to another doctor. I was pregnant, in pain, scared, in urgent need of medical help, not wanting to do "MULTIPLE" xrays but get rid of infection the best fastest way possible without harming the baby. He ended up kicking me out of his office pretty much because I was concern with amount of radiation I will get with my treatment. He kicked me out right after I asked how much radiation in milligramms I will receive during treatment as there is specific amount of radiation causes kids to have birth defects...I told him that I am in pain, please, help me... didnt matter... So now I am in tears, all stressed out, pregnant and with infected tooth without medical help. Did this person swear to help his patients best way possible? does it look like compationate person? I couldnt come down for few hours after I left his office. Tears kept coming down and i couldnt stop it. Does it look like a doctor you want to go to??? PS UPDATE UPDATE so, I took my tooth somewhere else. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I went to dr Greg Larsen. He took one x ray. said I def. need a root canal, but root canals in my tooth are not straight and hard to do. So he said he will book me for the whole hour in three days and will try, if he cant do it, then he will put temporary filling and refer me to root canal doctor. HE DID NOT SAY ONCE ABOUT PULLING MY TOOTH. So, in three days I came, he spent one hour and a half, let me to lay on a side as I am pregnant, nurse held my hand for a shot, doctor did not put his tools down and did not step aside until finished. One more xray - after he is done to check and it was done great. I am so very greatful to dr Greg Larsen for acomodating me , understanding that I need to lay on my side and cant lay flat. I am greatful for not suggesting to pull my tooth when it is not neccesary and make more money on me by doing implant. I am greatful that there are honest dentists outthere. Regarding Nathan Holt - if he told you to pull your tooth please please get second opinion. It could happen that he wants to make more money or just doesnt want to deal with it so he will lie through his teeth to you.... just to make more money... be careful

Stay Away From this Place!!!!! Shame on the American Dental Association for letting general dentist like Doctor Holt practice dental surgery without the extensive training or equipment necessary or required for a prosthodontist or surgical professional. I am looking forward to a lifetime of pain because of his "four on four" procedure and have encountered many others who have experienced the same disaster from general dentist performing the same type of surgery. I have now spent months with a Reconstructive Surgeon, costing thousands of dollars to make the best repairs possible after his incredibly inept surgical attempts. If you are contemplating dental replacement surgery, GO TO A PERFESSIONAL PROSTHODONTIST. Stay away from Dr. Holt.

Best Dentist I have been to in years. I quit going to my old dentist because I never felt like he was being honest with me, and the hygienist was rough on my teeth. But after coming to Corner Canyon Dentistry I would never go any where else. The hygienist was friendly and awesome! Dr. Holt was honest and great at explaining everything to me so I understood exactly what was happening and why. Loved it!

I gave this dentist a 5 star review a year ago because I loved dr holt. Since the practice has been sold it has gone way down hill! Dr torno sucks and I would recommend finding a new dentist. He told me I had 11 cavities which sounded suspicious, since I didnt have any 3 months before that when dr holt was my dentist. so I had a second consult and I only had 1 cavity.

Dr. Holt and his staff are awesome. Their office and equipment are top of the line. The environment is fun and the service is first-class. Dr. Holt knows exactly what he is doing and my family and I have consistently received great dental work. This is a very easy recommendation to make. If youre considering a new dentist, you absolutely should choose Dr. Holt!

Dr. Holt is an amazing dentist! His staff are very friendly and his office is modern and very relaxing. I would encourage everyone to find out for themselves what a positive experience they can have as well. If you are looking for a dentist that is concerned for his patients to receive the best care, he is your guy.

I came in and the dentist pulled my tooth without cleaning them and in the middle of the tooth pulling he gave me another shot to numb my mouth then told me to suck it up when I complained about the pain and they took over a week for my insurance watch out for this place!!!

what a beautiful practice. staff are friendly and dr holt is very good. he was nice and spent time with me answering all of my questions. his hygienist is very gentle...what a huge plus!!! I would recommend this practice to my friends or family for sure.
