Its an ok office. I was going to give it 4 stars but after reading reviews it became apparent that they paid someone or somehow got a lot of users to give them 5 stars without even being to the office. So 3 stars it is from me. A lot of the reviews are empty and say nothing specific about the quality of work. It looks like they have a lot of turnover with both doctors and other staff. Several of our visits the dr was too chatty with whoever assisted and as a result the work done wasnt to the highest standard and we had to come back. It seems like everybody except for the dr who worked on something like cleaning or creating temporary crowns didnt have a lot of experience and took a while to finish their work with a so so quality. Pool parties and coupons in the mail are nice, they were always honest and upfront about costs and needed treatments, I just wish they had more experienced staff and concentrated on the quality of work a bit more.

Dr. Grant performed an "exam" on my son without even looking into his mouth. My son and I thought it was his wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled and the Dr. took the ex-rays, came into the room without looking into his mouth and said he could not do anything and that my son needed to see a specialist. I took my son to another general dentist and that dentist actually did look into his mouth and diagnosed him with a life threatening disease called "Trench Mouth" and this dentist said that my son would have been in the hospital by Sunday if he had not gone in. I am shocked that Dr. Grant did not take the time to give a real exam. On a good note all the nurses were awesome and very nice. And I would give them 5 stars. I gave one star because it will not let me post this with 0 stars.

My son needed a tooth extracted, there was a mess with my insurance, and Ashley worked so hard to help us get through the seemingly endless red tape. Thanks to her and the staff that assisted with the extraction, an appointment that would have normally had me in tears, left us feeling good. I am so pleased with the professionalism exhibited in the office and the time spent addressing our specific needs. Not only that, but my son who normally needs to be sedated when having oral work performed, was put at ease by the staff in the office, laughing gas and Novocaine did the trick for him this time, Dr. Dave was awesome putting both my son and I at ease, and him leaving a happy kid, which has never happened at the dentist in his life! Thanks Stonehaven!!

Honestly, I waited way too long to get my teeth taken care of. The entire team at Stonehaven Dental in Draper has been exceptional. From the hygienists doing the check up and cleaning, the chairside assistant, the treatment/payment planner, and - especially - the dentist. Ive had a great experience, and after visiting them 3 times in the same number of weeks, I can tell you this based off of more than just one experience. Very comfortable environment, nice and clean office, very nice people. They were 100% upfront about dental costs, what my insurance would and would not cover, offering payment options, and creating a plan that worked for both of us. I have loved my experience with Stonehaven and will be bringing my whole family to this office!

I havent been to the office personally, but I am very impressed by their website. The website design is very neat and easy to navigate and includes vital information such as their hours, patient forms, and their list of doctors. Not only that, but they provide the option to requests appointments online! Thats always a convenient feature to have available. Im also grateful for their philanthropic efforts. They host an annual pool party to get the community together and also provide an annual Free Day of Dentistry for people who may not be able to afford their regular services. These efforts show that Stonehaven Dental cares about their customers and the community at large, and that is admirable.

The dental staff are really good, but the billing team and system are an absolute train wreck. Believe the people on here who are saying that Stonehaven tried to scam them out of hundreds of dollars. They will do anything they can to sneak in a hundred here and there and see if you notice. They tried to charge us interest as well on an interest free braces payment plan. In addition, it took multiple calls to executives at their company for me to finally get them to stop trying to bill us for the wrong amounts and saying we still had a balance months after we had paid off our payment plan. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I havent had the opportunity to visit Stonehaven dental however there was a time where they had a contest for teeth whitening on Facebook. They asked us to describe somebody who could really use it and I was able to tell them about my wife who is incredibly supportive of me. Ultimately they awarded my wife free teeth whitening for her whole life but they also awarded it to me. we have yet to be able to go down and use it but if your company is willing to do something like that and put that kind of emphasis on family support and things like that theyve got to be doing something right

The place is really clean. People are pretty friendly. Their charge for deep cleaning is quite a bit higher than the rate a different dental office offered me. I only went there one time so far. I havent receive my bill from them yet, since they are billing my insurance (it takes a month to process according to them). I will update my review about whether or not their billing system is messed up like many people said when I get my bill, and if I get more bill after that. Their told me that my insurance should cover everything btw.

My childrens insurance was going to expire by the end of the month. I called two weeks ahead of time to make sure all was set and was specific that it needed to be done before insurance would switch to a new company. I showed up and they let me know there that they dont accept that insurance. (The 2nd to last day of the month). They had two weeks to call me to let me know and they didnt. Instead of sucking up the cost because it was their error, they wanted to charge me "at a discount". Such a joke for such a large company.

Words cannot describe how much I truly appreciate any kind of business showing true community involvement. My husband and I go out of our way to support those businesses who truly give back- by their generous acts of service, financial , personal,, and company involvement and their selfless and giving attitude. Stonehaven Dental has long done this...and for this and so many other reasons- we tip our hats and salute you all! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ALL OF US!!
