While on vacation in Scottsdale a toothache developed getting worse by the day. Hoping it would go away, I didnt seek consultation until Friday - forgetting that most dentists are closed on Friday. Dr. Schwartz staff, however, answered the telephone and after hearing my plight, spoke with Dr Schwartz who agreed to see me even though he wasnt officially open - just open for pre-scheduled surgery patients. That friendly helpfulness was just the beginning of amazing service. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered refreshments ... coffee, water... Wow! A first at a dental office!! After providing my patient history to the staff, Dr. Schwartz personally came into the waiting room to greet us and let us know it would be a few minutes before I would be escorted to his office. Dr. Schwartz was very thorough in his assessment. He spent time talking with both of us about his findings after x-rays and examination. He also outlined in detail the various issues I might be facing as I worked on getting the pain resolved. And he provided a number of options to get me through the next few days until I returned home for more extensive care. He forwarded x-rays to my dentist along with comments about my condition. He and his staff did all of this with an unbelievably generous financial package. (Many dental practices would have charged me a considerable sum for the services provided - especially given the circumstances.) I would highly recommend Dr. Schwartz and his staff! If I lived in Scottsdale or anywhere within a days driving distance, Dr. Schwartz would be my dentist! Thank you to all at the Pima Dental Center for your excellent care.

For years my wife and I have been trying to find the perfect dentist. Up until now we didnt think that one that existed, that is until we met Dr Bruce Schwartz DDS!!! Dr Swartz does the best dental work in Arizona! He and his team are very professional!! Ellen is always a pleasure to talk to and his assistant Valerie is awesome and makes going to the dentist a bit easier for me (cause i used to hate it). Everyone at Pima Dental are also very courteous and treat their patients as family. Everytime my wife and or I walk in they greet us by name and make a normal visit to the dentist a fun experience! Even though we live in Queen Creek, both my wife and I will drive 45 miles any day of the week just because we know how serious Dr. Schwartz is about his work and how he is a perfectionist!!! Its nice to know that we finally found our perfect dentist!! Thank you Dr. Schwartz and your entire staff at Pima Dental for everything youve done for my wife and I to date.

Let me preface this by saying, until I relocated to Arizona, I had the same dentist for my whole life. With that, my expectations are pretty high. I found this office as it was right down the street from my home and accepted by insurance. All of my interactions with Pima Dental have been so positive. Ellen, at the front desk is so sweet! I typically see Wendy, but today I showed up a day early for my appointment time (and they still made time to see me so I didnt have to come back!!) and I saw Jodi. Both are fantastic! I never feel rushed, and I always leave there feeling like they are honest and my teeth are clean! Dr. Schwartz is also fantastic--hes very friendly and has great attention to detail/precision when completing dental work. The office is spotless and all of the techs/hygienists always have a smile on their face. If you are shopping for a new Dentist, check out Pima Dental!

I have been seeing Dr Schwartz for a couple of years now. He is by far the most thorough dentist I have ever had. He explains what is going on with my teeth and things to look out for In the future. I have had other dentists try to scare me into costly procedures and with Dr Schwartz its a thoughtful conversation about pros and cons and no pressure. I feel like I can trust Dr Schwartz and that he has my best interest at heart. He and his staff are always pleasant and take great care of me. I especially love my hygienist, Jodi. She is always on time, efficient and pleasant. When I see her every 6 months, I feel like its catching up with an old friend. If you dont LOVE your dentist, I recommend giving Dr Schwartz a call!!

Pima dental is an amazing place to be a patient at, I have been seeing them for 2 years and have never had a bad experience! They make you feel like family and truly care about not just your dental needs but getting to know you as a person! Dr. Schwartz is awesome, he always makes you laugh and is quick to get you in and out of the office. With a busy schedule they make it super easy and quick to get your check ups done! Ive never been a fan of the dentist but ever since going to Pima dental Ive started to not mind it one bit! Jodi is the best hygienist, always checking on you and making you feel comfortable! Dr. Schwartz is an amazing dentist. My husband and I both use him and he is professional and easy to talk to. He helped me whiten my teeth to get ready for my wedding and his staff is fantastic for routine cleaning. I refer everyone to him and have had great experiences with the whole office staff. I moved to Arizona from South Dakota and went through about 5 different dentists before Bruce and Bruce is by far the best. I love the new office and the technology they use is helpful with reminders and confirmations for appointments. He also does a lot of cosmetic work and I hope to have him do veneers for me in the future.

Friendly office staff, excellent hygienists, and dental assistants. Dr. Bruce Schwartz is one of the most friendly, happy, and compassionate dentist Ive ever visited. Im very thankful for his attention to detail and holistic approach to dentistry. He focuses on the medical aspect of dentistry, not just the cosmetic and financial components. My oral and physical health is more important than anything else at the end of the day.

Great dentist office. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The office is clean with a large waiting room with a tv. The exam areas hav tvs which makes the dentist experience a little better. I dont like going to the dentist but the tv helps. The hygienist is super helpful with giving suggestion on how better to clean my teeth and she is gentle. The dentist is also friendly and knows what he is doing.

Been to a few different dentists and never felt comfortable, and never went back to them. Ive been going to see Bruce for a few years now and I can finally say I dont hate going to the dentist anymore. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with and the work Bruce has done has been perfect. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a quality dentist who actually cares about helping you.

Ive been coming to Pima dental for a few years now. The office is absolutely gorgeous and well kept. The staff is always super nice and helpful. They treat their patients with respect and have great patient care. Dr. Schwartz is very knowledgeable. Always answers any questions and explains things thoroughly.
