Ive been Nates patient for 5+ years; Back when his office was located North of his new dental office. Now, my entire family trusts Nate with all our dental exams, teeth cleanings, aesthetic composite fillings, and gum disease prevention. In short, our overall oral health lies in his expertise. Nates staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are personable and very kind. Nate and his staff always ensure my family is comfortable and cared for. Helpful appointment reminders are text the day prior to your appointment, as well as the day of your appointment. Which is excellent for me, because with a crazy busy schedule, I need all the reminders anyone is willing to throw my way. Knowing Nates dental practice is conveniently a five minute drive from our home in Sandy, Utah, makes me feel more at ease when its time for my familys dental appointments. His office location is one less thing I need to worry about because its favorably located right on 7th E and between 106th and 110th S. But dont get me wrong- I would gladly travel past Sandy City Limits to receive dental treatment from Dr. Nate Lewis and his staff. I advocate Dr. Nate Lewis to anyone who wants to stop searching for the right Doctor. Nate uses the latest and greatest dental technology, which is a tremendous relief for all who remember the old school needle used to painfully inject local anesthesia, or for parents who dont want their children to experience those, sometimes dreadful, dentist appointments they had growing up. So after my time in the chair during my most recent visit, Nates assistant handed me a warm, moist towel (from its sealed package) to wipe off any residual drool around my mouth. Sexy- I know. Best ending everrrr! I felt like I was in 1st Class, but without the extraordinary price-tag. And to top that, I got a call from the Doctor himself. He expressed sincere wonder asking how my 9-year old daughter and I were feeling and if there were any problems or discomfort with our bite. Once I got home, I told my husband in awe, what a nice and humble gesture that was for Nate Lewis to place a follow up call to his patients after a day as a Doctor. Dr. Nate Lewis and his staff are p-r-e-t-t-y c-o-o-l, and will be kept.

Had a root canal done at his office. Three weeks later, the tooth still hurt and infection was still there. Dropped in to get it checked and was prescribed some antibiotics. Since he had already prescribed antibiotics for the tooth twice before, I was skeptical if it would work. Went to see an endodontist and was told the filling for the tooth was longer than it should have been. It went beyond the root and into the gum. Called Dr Lewis office to request a partial refund. He claimed the filling wasnt too long, it was the infection that ate away the root, and he would never issue a refund. After checking the x-ray pic taken right after the procedure with the endodontist, it turned out he was LYING about it, because the filling was too long at the time of the procedure. The worse part was because of his failed root canal, I had to have an apicoectomy (cut the root of the tooth off) at the endodontist office. The dental insurance wouldnt cover it, because it requires a 6-month gap between the two procedures on the same tooth. INCOMPETENT and DISHONEST! Bottomline - it is probably OK to use him for small things like routine cleaning. For things like root canal or bigger, go see somebody else.

I had a permanent retainer on both top and bottom front teeth, I called Dr. Lewis to remove them because I broke one. I got an appointment the same day!! Not only did he remove my retainers, his staff took impressions and made me new removable retainers to help maintain my smile-- which I recieved in a matter of a few days. I am now scheduled for a cleaning and he talked to me about in-office-bleach and a crown that I need. He explained that I can get a crown in one day through his office. I make one appointment and walk out with a brand new crown that same day! He also suggested that we can do my cleaning and the crown in one appointment to help maximize my time. I was very impressed with their efficiency and willingness to help. Dr. Lewiss staff is also very helpful and friendly, it realy helps ease the stress of a dental appointment.

Dr. Nate Lewis is a great guy with even better staff. With the work I needed done he was very accommodating to my schedule and needs. With a broken tooth he took the time to explain things to me and help me get to where i am now with a better smile and no pain. Dr. Lewis is also a dealer for Under Armor mouth guards and mouth pieces and this was exciting to me. I play at a high level in hockey and I want to keep my teeth where they are. Having a custom mouth piece has been a great advantage to my game now that Im not worried about whats going on with my mouth piece. I appreciate the time and effort that has gone into making my experience at his office an enjoyable one.

I love, love, love going to Dr. Lewis. He is very professional but also very friendly. He is so easy to talk to and very easy to understand when he is explaining what hes doing. HIs office is very clean and beautiful. His staff, especially Kylie, are wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful. I am moving back to California but am keeping Dr. Lewis as my dentist. I will come back to Utah twice a year just so I can schedule my cleanings and exams with him. Thats how much it means to me to have a dentist that you can trust. Dr. Lewis and his staff are priceless!!!

I have been going to Dr. Lewis for a couple of years. His attention to my needs is fantastic. I had an old filling that fell out a few months ago. Dr. Lewis got me in the next morning after my flossing had popped it out and fixed it perfectly. I felt almost no pain during the procedure. I also love the personal attention he gives me. Most other dentists that I have seen leave alot of the work to the hygienists with the dentist only spending a few minutes to check on things. Dr. Lewis spends time with each patient. As a family we decided to change dentists and were referred to Nate Lewis DDS. Our experience was fantastic! The facility is extremely clean and doesnt feel like a traditional stale dentist office and the staff was very friendly and helpful which was important to my wife. My 8 year old son needed a cavity filled and on the way home he told me that was the easiest filling that hed ever received, that says a lot coming from him! Weve definitely found our new family dentist, anything that makes our job as parents is much appreciated!

I went to a different dentist for many years and decided it was time to find a different dentist more close to home. I searched dentists in my area and Dr. Lewis came up. I decided to give him a try. From the time i walked in the door the staff as well as the dentist were cery friendly and accomodating. They were willing to listen to my problems and answered all my questions. I wasnt pushed into anything i didnt want or told i have problems that werent present. I referred my friends and family and would gladly refer anyone else.
