I have been a patient at this facility and I have been happy with their services. I referred my ex-wife to Holly and she and I are now disappointed with Missy their office manager. My ex went in for extensive and expensive work and was told by Missys assistant, in writing, that she could make three payments on the $12,000 procedure while we waited two weeks for porcelain crowns to come in. After filing off all my exs front teeth Missy asked her how she would be paying the bill while we waited for the crowns to come in. After making the first payment on the spot my ex told her she would have to discuss with me regarding how we would make the additional two payments. Aware of the three payment agreement Missy started sending invoices to my ex. We responded by telling Missy we would pay the balance when we came in to have the procedure done. Missy then demanded payment immediately. We then sent a check for full payment. When I complained to Missy about her disregarding her companys offer to let us pay in three payments she denied that my ex was even offered a three payment plan. She then called my ex and said "how dare you have Matt call me!" " you should have given me a heads up" "my assistant did not have the authority to offer you three payments". Additionally she said "we would not tolerate someone making payments on car repairs" (We own a collision repair facility) however we gladly let customers make any payments they want as long as payment is made when repairs are completed. Missy was aggressive and rude to my ex who is now afraid to go back into the office for the procedure. This is not customer service. Missys behavior and attitude were unacceptable to us and I cannot recommend this dentist office because of this.

Im Laurie Stine. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Lerma for approximately 6 years. We have had the best relationship and experience with all of the people that have worked for or with Dr. Lerma. Missy the Office Manager has been our favorite next to Dr.Lerma. Missy has cared for and cultivated a relationship with me and my husband that goes beyond service and duty of the best and most elite office settings. She has keep us secure,confident and more than satisfied. She has been simply outstanding. Because of her commitment , efficient service, consideration and attention to our needs as patients...we consider her to be an exceptional person as well as an exceptional Office Manager. We have faced some challenging obstacles over the last few years...as many people have...yet Missy never once treated us as if we were ever a burden or even difficult. In spite of many many rescheduled appointments and cancellations. Missys amazing heart, compassion and smiles never wavered. Her integrity is exceptional. We love them all and are very grateful. We feel especially close to and taken care of by Missy Toliver. Thank you Dr. Lerma for your exceptional care and thank you for Missy!

We LOVE Dr Lerma! She has helped my husband and me beyond our greatest expectations. Believe me my husband can be very difficult & sensitive but he loves going to see her and so do I. Shes all heart with built-in talent for color selection, repair, and takes time with everyone to hear what their concerns are and translating that info into stellar workmanship! Missy is also amazing! She always makes us feel so welcome with her beautiful smile. She has done a great job with our insurance hassle-free. We would highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Dental Care!

Being a huge baby about going to the dentist is no longer an issue for me. These ladies have it down to perfection. I have had numerous things done here and consider them the best office I have ever been to. All the staff members take the time to make sure you are comfortable and Dr. Holly Lerma goes above and beyond and cares about her patients. I would recommend them a million times over!

Great place to come! The staff is very friendly, they explain everything that is going on, and not to mention, they are getting a brand new shipment of computers soon...like by next week (beg of May 2015). Oh yea, this place is rocking it. Beautiful office, too :)

Sagen and Holly are great, however Missy seems like she hides things about the insurance, and is very rude when you ask about it. Makes me uncomfortable, like I cant validate things with my own money and coverage! Im considering leaving.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Dental Care and DDS Holly Lerma. I was very pleased with the staff from Missy @ the front desk to each person I dealt with. What a great experience from a dentist with a modern, comfortable office.
