My family and I have used Dr. Lucero for almost 8 years and we have always had a very positive experience with both he and his staff. My childrens care has ranged from check-ups to sealants, from cavities to tooth removal and they all are comfortable with the way he handles every situation. I have personally had a crown from Dr. Lucero and have no complaints with the quality or the process and do not have an issue recommending any service he provides. He is very knowledgable and passionate about his profession and is seemingly prepared with the latest dental techniques and equipment available. He communicates well and makes sure to explain each procedure thouroughly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an individual or family dentist.

Having gone to Draper Dental for many years, (and having had dental work done elsewhere) I have consistently been impressed with Dr Lucero, his assistants, and his staff. Their work is of the highest quality, and they take advantage of new technologies and techniques where they are shown to be effective. Above all else, they are considerate, and simultaneously friendly and professional. I always feel welcome, and can trust that I will receive excellent care. They are good people, and exceptionally competent. In a few cases, I have needed a referral to an endodontist, and Dr. Luceros referral proved similarly exceptional. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Dr. Lucero is great, however the whole 10 years I have been going there, the staff has been unbearable. I go to another dentist, however I still have to see him for my veneers. If I could just go in and deal with him, I would give it 5 stars. His office staff ruins the experience and I leave there frustrated every time. Their billing office is a joke, my insurance pays and they still bill me as if they havent. When they finally see I should get a refund, they make me wait 4-6 weeks and I have to drive there to get a check. I am so glad I have found a dependable dentist to replace this mess!

I do like Dr. Lucero, and wanted to refer him to my kids and their families. However, my husband didnt seem impressed with his work. I think its possible the crowns he uses are somewhat inferior, if not cheap. I guess it remains to be seen how long they will last. They arent the prettiest. I wish I had something to compare it with other than my husbands $25,000 dental work. But Dr. Lucero is fast, painless and seems very professional and knowledgeable. I like his staff, and his prices seem pretty good (although if the materials he uses arent the best, the cost is relative).

My son just had his wisdom teeth taken out on Thursday. I have heard the stories of jaw pain and swelling after so I expected the worst. Tyler was in really good shape by Saturday and was back in school Monday morning. I trust that Bob and his staff make the same decisions for my children that they would make for their own. I would not trust anyone else with my family. Thank you!!

I love doctor Lucero. I have been going to him my hole life. He is a great guy and does great work. However the desk laidies are horrible to work with. You have to jump through hoops to just get worked on and are inconsistent. I have been with them my hole life and they treat a life long patient like a trubbling customer. I am finding a new dentist.

I had a filling three months ago and it never took away the sensitivity the cavity caused. Dr. Wareham took the time and care to go the extra mile and look at the work that was done by another dentist and found the issue that was still causing the sensitivity.
