Dr. Kaushesh makes you feel like you are part of the family when you go into his office... I was experiencing wisdom tooth pain and within the next week I was booked and all was taken care of. The staff was so accommodating and made me feel like I was part of the team. Walking into the office itself is a just radiating vibe of positive energy and gives you a glow that makes the experience memorable. Dr. Kaushesh himself is outstanding in his bedside manor and makes you feel the attention you need especially when coming to a Dentist you would like to feel the most comfort you can, am I right? It felt like I knew him for more than just a few minutes, more like years with how personable and kind-nature he is! Even after hours when I was in pain, phone calls were returned to me and they even set up times so they could take a look when the office was closed to see what any concurring problem I had.. It wasnt a one and done thing to them. I mattered! I would recommend Serenity Smiles to absolutely anyone that is having any sort of trouble with a smile or in pain, because I promise youll leave feeling brighter, happier, and even more blissful after you experience this atmosphere! I absolutely love Dr. Ash! He is so friendly and truly cares about not only your dental hygiene but you as a person! His entire staff welcomes you and makes you feel at ease. I have struggled with weak enamel since I was a kid, and it wasnt until Dr. Ash actually showed me pictures of what the cavities looked like that I realized I needed to do something more then just brush my teeth daily. His prices are a little but higher then other dentists in the area, but like everything, you get what you pay for! Paying a little higher of a fee, gives me comfort when I see a greeting smile when I come in, because you can tell she actually enjoys her job. Paying a little more for someone who cares, takes his time and not in a rush to get the next job done! I did question if I should try to find a cheaper dentist, and during that consideration I asked myself, is it worth it? My teeth and personal appearance are important to me, so do I want to risk a job poorly done to save a few bucks!? Nope! Dr. Ash is a life savor and I am so glad I found him!!!!!

Dr. K has been taking care of my family for 10 years. My husband and I started seeing him in 2006 at the Lake Havasu Office. We have since moved to Flagstaff, AZ and continue to drive for all our dental needs. We are thrilled that we will now only drive 2 hours to Scottsdale to see him. Dr. K is unlike any other dentist we have ever had....he is highly professional, always on time, and treats each person with as much care as if they were his own family member. His knowledge far exceeds any in his field and he makes the dental experience pleasant! My husband has incredible anxiety in any medical or dental situation but never with Dr. K. We have several friends in Flagstaff that are considering making the drive as well because its absolutely worth it!!

I would like to say that I was very nervous going to the Dentist again after years before of having bad experiences with previous Dentists. When I finally went to a Dentist, I decided to go to Serenity. When I went in the very first time to Serenity, the Staff and Dr. Kaushesh made me feel at ease with no anxiety and wasnt nervous. I am so very happy that I went to Serenity for all my Dentistry needs and I would definitely send everyone & anybody to them. I am so very pleased how they handled me, very scared & nervous before, but Dr. Kaushesh & his Staff made me feel so comfortable and very enjoyable to go to the Dentist. Dr. Ash is incredible! He cares not only for your smile but also for you as a person. I had extensive dental work done over the course of several years. He went above and beyond and was always willing to make me feel as though I was the only patient he had. During my first visit I was so anxious I was fighting back tears. He made sure that I was completely comfortable and is incredibly gentle. Going to the dentist can be very scary but Dr. Ash and his team make you feel at peace every step of the journey. I am so pleased with his work and HIGHLY recommend him. He will make sure you have a great smile without the anxiety that normally accompanies a visit to the dentist.

I would like to Thank Dr. Ash and the Whole Staff at Serenity Dental! I am very Dental Phobic and have severe anxiety Issues When it comes to Major Dental Work . I recently went in to Serenity Dental to discuss some major Issues with My Teeth. The Staff was very comforting and went out of the way to help me remain calm and assured through the Planning stage. Dr Ash was so understanding of my Anxiety and assured me that he understood and was going to work with me every Step of the way to Getting me My Smile Back ! Several years ago I needed to get a new dentist. A new dental office in Lake Havasu City had just opened. It was called Serenity Dental. That peaked my interest because I sometimes prefer not to be completely awake when I am having dental work performed. Since that time Ive been to the office several times a year and have always been treated professionally by all his office staff. Dr Ash Kaushesh has performed several implants. They have turned out perfect. Never had a problem with any of them. One is in the upper front of my mouth. Looks great I am very pleased to recommend Dr. Kaushesh. Friendliness and professionalism are the best way to summarize Serenity Smiles. The moment you walk in you feel like you are in a resort/spa like environment. That same relaxation feeling carries over through out the visit. The staff as well as Dr. Ash make it point to build a relationship with you rather than just treating you as a patient. Anything from regular cleanings to more extensive procedures (I had wisdom teeth surgically cut out) were painless and flawless. Definitely changed my perspective of what a care provider could be.
