Complete waste of time. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, 730am. Waited 45 minutes before seeing an assistant and waited an hour to see the dentist, then no one does my cleaning, waited an hour to see office manager tells me my bill, never got my cleaning. I said I didnt want to do everything at this time and the office manager shows me the door, never got my cleaning. Office manager says sorry it took so long we had transfers this morning. Make your transfer wait if someone schedules a 730am appointment they probably have to go to work, but this place will take patients from other locations rather than uphold their own appointments. Unprofessional and inconsiderate

They were so nice and gentle. I was so embarrased about my teeth and they put me right at ease! Im very uncomfortable around people and by time I was finished I was completely at ease! Being a Diabetic and unable to eat I have broken off the majority of my teeth from falling because of the sharp pieces left they cut my tongue and chronic infections and there is big space between top and bottem because of 2 teeth left touching prevent my mouth from closing so eatings not possible. Aspen Dental are doing everything they can to help me and I love them for it!!!

I had bad experiences with dentist in the past and havent went in years. Dealt with 2 teeth hurting really bad for 4 days. Called Aspen Dental and they got me in the same day. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ease my stress. Even though the numbing shots were excruciating they made sure I was ok. I had both teeth pulled. The staff went over options to save the remaining teeth. Got a call today to check on how I was doing. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone who needs a dentist.

The staff is incredibly friendly and relatable. Unfortunately, the time management needs to be looked into. I got here 15 minutes early like asked and waited 30 min just to be taken back. Not to mention how long it took after getting in the chair for someone to see me. This is a problem because the last time I was here I had to leave after waiting 30 min to be helped, then 45 min in the chair waiting to see someone. If the appointment is set for a specific time, it should happen at least around that time.

Very nice atmosphere, and the staff were all extremely pleasant. Dr. Nixon was really nice and down to earth which is super important especially for those who have a fear of the dentist. The X-Ray tech and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth were both talkative, friendly, and very good as well. I would recommend this particular office and its staff to anyone. They scheduled me quickly, the visit went well, and if I were not moving out of state this would become my regular dentist without a doubt.

For those who worry about going to the dentist worry no more. Made this my 3 place to check out before having any work done and will have to tell you, they made me fell at home. The Dr. was very kind and willing to listen to me, NO JUDGEMENT just wonted to know what my thoughts were and and what i wanted. With some professional guidance she had me speak with the planing manager. She was great. Not pushy or trying to steer me in any way but towards the goal i wanted to achieve.

Quick check-in, paperwork was simple to complete, not too many questions. Service was great, had my first real thorough teeth cleaning for the first time since I moved here from Brazil...All other places Ive been to in the past were shams; they never truly cleaned my teeth. I recommend Sandy, the dental hygienist who saw me; she did the most amazing job on my teeth and she really cares about ones oral health! :) I think I found the right dentist place for me!

This was a really good experience for me. Everyone was friendly. The dentist did an excellent job with my surgery and I hope to come back soon for further dental implements in the future. However my name on my Treatment Acceptance Form was spelt incorrectly and I need it spelt correctly for insurance purposes. Ive made 2 phone calls to the clinic and still have had no e-mail to correct the issue. I guess thats a little disappointing! M.

Very nice after a rocky start with the X-ray tech taking exception to the fact that the thingy she had me bite down on was stabbing my mouth. She was defensive, inconsiderate and judgemental instead of apologizing for stabbing me 3xs before trying something else. Sure, dentists hurt us at times, but an x-ray tech? The rest of the staff, especially Dr. Nixon, earned my trust Remember, FLOSS EM or TOSS EM!

I dont ever do these surveys but since the staff was so great, extremly nice and friendly, I felt like I had to. Even when its busy, there is hardly any wait time. I dont like going to the dentist but they certainly provided great and a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and as long as they keep up the good work Ill wont go anywhere else. Thank you Aspen!!!

Sandy Tyson is amazing! The best and most thorough job I have ever had. She made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be back. Also the whole staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. K. Nickson. Was honest and recommended not to do a service if I did not need and that made me feel Secure. Thank you aspen dental.

This place is very clean, friendly staff and Lisa the office Manager is a person who goes about and beyond for her patients. Great customer service here. Not to mention I racked up a heady bill that is only costing me a quarter of the full bill go to Aspen Dental they will take care of you too.

Dr Bobst did a great job providing just the right amount of anesthesia to extract a wisdom tooth. No pain during extraction, the whole right side of my face didnt end up being numb and minimal, nearly none, discomfort after the extraction. Wont be as concerned if I ever need another extraction.

They seem to truly care about their patients comfort and treatment plan. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I am able to get the treatment that I need. The only negative I would say is that I have been to a new location and they seem a little unorganized.

Really friendly staff! Lisa Beers, the office manager, was extremely helpful with getting all my insurance stuff in order. They do get pretty busy though so make an appointment and prepare to wait a little bit.

Went in for an emergency appointment and every staff member, hygienist and Dr where wonderful and nice; the office manager and the surgeon worked to make sure I got the extraction appointment I needed asap.
