Go elsewhere! I had come to this dental office in March 2015 and had a horrific experience here and all for a routine cleaning and X-Rays. Since I am going to ASU and working I rarely have free time to make such appointments, but since I turned 26 during the month this was my last chance to use the insurance through my providers work. Anyways, I basically couldnt reschedule due to that fact. I had made an appointment on a Friday at 2pm and arrived at 1:40 to fill out paperwork. Later on this evening around 4pm I was scheduled to meet with a class group for some homework that was due the coming week, 2 hours at the dentist should have left ample time for this... Unfortunately I had finished my paperwork and had to wait until 4:30pm to even be seen by the dental assistant, not even the dentist! By this time I am already beyond late for my other engagement, I would have left and found a new dental office another time but this was literally the last day that I could be seen with insurance so I had to stay. I have never waited for over 2.5 hours just to have the initial sit-down in the dentists chair. After this I had to wait an additional 40 minutes to begin my cleaning. I received the cleaning and had to wait even longer for a few fillings. And this is where things got really odd. I can hear the dentist prescribing pills to all of his patients in the chairs a few feet away from me, which happened to be very young patients. Next was my turn, I was prescribed pain killers and antibiotics (like everyone else) for getting fillings. Now Ive had fillings before and was never prescribed anything afterwards, Im not a fan of taking Rxs for no good reason and this definitely seemed off. I ended up getting out of there about 6:45pm, over 5 hours after arriving for very simple and routine procedures. And the icing on the cake is that I havent been able to chew with the left side of my mouth since this whole ordeal. I ended up having to get private insurance so that I can go to another dental office to get that issue fixed, and the office wants to charge me $25 to just send over my X-Rays... This place is a scam. All they do is over prescribe medicine and cannot schedule very common procedures properly. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this office at all. They took long time to take me in. I had appointment at 1 pm but they did not start cleaning my teeth until 2 pm. when technician was taking my x rays, I could hear everything other patient issues when he was talking to dr.. not privacy at all. finally when dr. came to exam me he made me uncomfortable. he told me I should get other work done too. I was only there for basic cleaning so I told him I dont have time right now just need cleaning done. so he leaves and technician come over start cleaning. and thats it I dont see doctor after that. front desk lady come tell me that I needed extreme cleaning and that will cost me more money because its not covered by insurance. I have regular dentist that I go to and when I ask for basic cleaning they do a lot more cleaning then this people did for sure. next time I will not look for convinced location anymore. just go to the same dentist I been going to. this people are after your money thats the impression I got when I walk out of that office. do not go there..

The fro t staff are really nice and on top of there stuff but the dentist I had I felt like didnt really care where. I was trying to talk with him about what was going on with me he just seemed like it didnt matter and when I was trying there ask him questions about sertant stuff he really didnt answer me at all I asked him what is best for this or that and he would be like Idk Colgate but it was really annoying I went in for a med clean and he was only working on my teeth for 10 min so I feel like I didnt get the clean I needed because It felt half done also he is very heavy handed and he kept getting upset because I have way supper sensitive teeth so he had to keep numbing me but if he would have open his ears he would have know at the beginning when I said I have really supper sensitive teeth and as well my gums are in pain right now and he was like just med clean you dont need to be numbed ! But thats how I feel the dental assistant was really nice and good

Took my 6 year old for emergency services, front staff was nice and friendly, as well as the dentists, but I was not allowed in the back with my 6 year old. She started crying in the front office and was still not allowed back. Both dentists ended up seeing my daughter and had a difference of opinion, which resulted in my childs dental problems not being taken care of. Was told I would get a call a few days later to reschedule the appointment that she missed school for that they didnt do (because of said difference in opinion between the two dentists) and was never called at all to remake appointment. If youre an adult, probably okay to go here, but if you have a child with an emergency or any other dental needs I definitely dont recommend it. They didnt treat it as an emergency and didnt help me at all.

They lied about payment arrangements that was verbally discussed between patient/office. Patient told them how much he could pay each visit and they agreed, later them saying they never said that :/ Patient had concerns with treatment and when asked he was told "Thats not my problem" NO BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Other options for treatment [temporary denture] were not even OFFERED to patient, after he told them his concerns. Another "Thats not my problem." :/ The words Common Sense also came from their mouths about the patient. They should explain it 100 times if necessary. WERE THE PATIENT! Just felt office and staff were just very rude in general..

If you want painful, un-comfortable, long waiting time, only Wednesdays, lies, false billing, rude service then this is the place for you!!! I wish I had never came here my whole experience has been a nightmare. Terrible job on fillings which fall out. Daniela is very rude and has no patient interaction. She will tell you your not there only patient of theirs, and that its not her problem you wait hours before fillings, then hung up on you. Cant get a actually cooperate head of everything number/name from anyone!!!

Dr. Bae, their team, and especially Danielle have gone the extra mile in assisting us to be able to get the necessary dental work done that we have needed. Danielle has been the most kind, patient, helpful person from the billing, to staying late, and giving extra time in making sure my sons dental work was done correctly and that he had no pain. Im so grateful for a good DC Dental Group and the caring helpful people they have employed. Thanks again! You definitely deserve a 5 star rating in my book!

DC Dental was outstanding. Dr. Bae really knows his craft. They really do put you & your teeth first. If you want precise work done on your teeth, in which you will not have to go back & have the work redone, then this is the dental group. I could not have been more satisfied.
