This is my favorite urgent care for my family and I. Even with a little longer drive, we are usually in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone is always nice and the nurses/techs check in when the doctor is running a little longer than normal. The o nline check in is a great time saver too. Ive only used it once but great idea. If you just spent a bunch of time at a hospital and they couldnt diagnose you, dont get mad that an urgent care couldnt either. Urgent care is a quick, sometimes temporary solution until you can see your normal doctor or a specialist. As far as the amount they charge and their billing process, ask questions first. I took my daughter to the ER for a horrible cough that left her not able to breathe and throwing up. With chest x-rays and waiting 5 hours, I had a $2,100 bill that came from 3 different places. We left with instructions to see a lung doctor even though her lungs were clear. Ill pay $400 at urgent care, wait half the time and get treated better. They arent miracle workers.

Second time going here and ill never go back! I thought the staff was rude and they didnt even figure out what was wrong me!!! Ive had a terrible cough for 3 weeks and a fever! they just kept telling me it wasnt my asthma! I already knew that and told them i did because i was at the West Bloomfield hospital 3 weeks ago and they already did a check on my asthma! Im still woth no answers to way im sick! Needless to say Id rather drive an hour and 30 minutes instead of 30 minutes just to go to west Bloomfield!

Went to the Henry Ford urgent care for an xray and to get a script. again this was urgent care not an ER visit. Friendly staff but they said they had to bill me (always been able to pay directly at every other urgent care ). They have billed me over $400 for a 15 minute urgent care visit. No procedures were done just xray and office visit. Never paid anywhere near that for an urgent care visit. Billed like an ER visit. Will never go there again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Today is the second time I went here that I never saw a doctor. Waited 3 hours both times and finally had to leave for other obligations. When I told the lady at the counter I had to leave and havent seen the doctor yet all she said was "I dont know what to tell you" and turned around. Make this a last ditch urgent care if you dont want to go to the ER.

I was a walk in after 9 pm. I waited less time than I do with my normal doctor when I have an appointment. The staff was great to deal with from the time I walked in until I walked out. Today is 1 week exactly from my visit. The doctor that seen me called himself earlier to see how I was doing.
