after reading these comments I had to say something, the office staff has been more than helpful for me and my family. I am a rochester patient that has transferred over, and compared to other office they are literally the sweetest. If i cant get in with my pcp there because I know he is a busy man, the immediately find me another doctor at the practice to see. My doctor sent over a wrong medication, and went on vacation, the front staff contacted the other doctors in the office just to make sure my needs and medication was taken care of. Yes the office is outdated, but that is not the staffs fault, that would be Mclaren. The billing there is a whole different story, they need new billers! Awful. The doctors and staff themselves are very nice and helpful, i wouldnt change offices again, but the billing department needs to change!!! thanks team!!!

Extremely unresponsive staff - I work at a law office and have tried for MONTHS(3) to get records on a client, who needs them for S.S. disability. Terrible!! Records are part of patient care, not an afterthought.
