I hurt my back at work, my employer began making really rude remarks and harassing me and not following doctors restrictions, I left my job but was told by the claim specialist to please go and get better. I was having physical therapy there and seeing the doctor, they would schedule me one day see the doctor next day physical therapy and I was working midnight and gave 5 kids in school so sometimes I had to reschedule, well I missed 2 physical therapy appointments and a doctors appointment in one week because my truck was broken, I made my appointment to see the doctor he comes in very rude and says oh you missed your appointments he seemed very upset I tried explaining. He didnt care I havent been able to lift my right leg since the injury the tingling in my leg is a numbing sensation now and I have been having accidents, they never ran one single test on me even though I let them know the problem is still there, I also told everyone multiple times Im not with my job anymore the doctor said Im discharging you since your reschedules and you missed so many appointments so you can return to work, I felt he thought I was trying to take more time off work but if any of them listened they would realize Im there to just get better to be as close back to normal as I was before this happened to me just to be able to be a more active mom like I was before it happened. Sometimes life happens and Im a single mother, I just expected for someone to listen and care, to help me! I explained when he was discharging me Im not ok and I have been having accidents I need help he said go see your regular doctor tell him you have incontinence, I said excuse me none of this happened until I got hurt he said well you rescheduled and missed your appointments go back to work!!! So not only did I deal with the poor treatment from the employer for getting injured which caused me to leave a ten year career I got sent where they treat you however. First doctor I seen was awesome though it was a woman so let me at least share that, she said it was bad she wanted to try physical therapy a few times and see if I got better and my leg improved if not she would send me for a MRI, never seen her again and everyone else did not care and did not make a plan no one took the time out to realize some people just want to get well and be productive again!!!!!

My husband was injured on the job, and I do understand that Concentra and places like it are the typical place folks are sent for drug screening, workmans comp, and the like. The place was clean and the counter staff were relatively friendly and helpful. The problem I had was with the actual medical services provided. My husband saw Dr. Christopher F. Galus, who not only did not ask appropriate questions regarding his injury, but who also gave a flimsy diagnosis, and wrote a note saying he could go back to work today...as long as he doesnt use his left arm at all. Well...he delivers uniforms and mats to businesses. You need both arms for that, say nothing of needing both arms for driving. Even those things I may have been able to overlook, but what about prescribing medication where one of the most common side effects is vertigo TO A PATIENT WHOSE MEDICAL HISTORY SPELLS OUT THAT HE IS PRONE TO VERTIGO?!? On top of that, when we called and pointed out the error, the doctor apologized and then prescribed a medication THAT HE IS ALLERGIC TO! Do you read, Dr. Galus?!? How are you allowed to treat patients without reading their personal information and medical history first? The last time my husband had vertigo, he ended up in the hospital on an I.V., I shudder to think that we could have ended up there again, had I not Googled the name of the medication we were given. So in addition to giving us a medication that was potentially very harmful, they also did NOT give us an information sheet, telling us any of the side-effects, or potentially bad drug interactions. I understand that Concentra is, in may ways, the fast food chain of the medical industry, but please dont let that stop you from taking good care of human beings. God forbid one day you are the person in need of medical help and you get someone like you as a physician. In my opinion, the whole process at Concentra is broken and needs to be fixed. After all the hands that touched that paperwork, SOMEONE should have at least read it. This entire experience was, in my opinion, ridiculous. The patient should not have to police the doctor or his office and how they do their jobs. They should just do them and do them correctly.

I have been in this waiting room for nearly 2 hours for a DOT physical. I have watched everyone who was here before me be taken care of within the first 30 minutes, and then they proceeded to take the people that arrived after me. Some who have arrived 15 minutes before being helped. I had much higher hopes, considering I have sent 3 of my employees to get this physical done, but they went to the novi location. They were in and out in less than an hour, one in particular, within 30 minutes. I am less than pleased!

Had the best experience EVER for an urgent care. Went in for a tb test and the place was packed....to my surprise, things moved very quickly because the patients in the waiting room were there for a variety of services, my wait time was about 30 minutes, better than that of my primary care physician! The staff were friendly and professional, over all experience was very nice, would recommend this location for work related physicals and testing

This place is by far the slowest and most unprofessional concentra office I have ever been to. Im currently waiting over an hour and a half for just a drug test, while in this time about 3-4 people have gone ahead of me, coming in after me, which is not understandable at all. Half the individuals here are here just to literally pee in a cup, this shouldnt take 2 hours

I had a wonderful experience here!! I came in for a physical and a hair test for a job, and all they did was work with me to make things easier! My doctor was a doll, the physical was quick and painless, and the wonderful lady that did my hair test was very flexible and sweet! Everyone was personable and had a smile on their face!

By far the worse experience, The staff at the front desk were very rude and not caring. Argued with me over my insurance for 45 mins to find out they dont accept Blue Cross PPO, couldve told me that right away but NO, had me call blue cross and give me the run around. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go here.

Long wait, I came in sick with a bad cough and waited 2 hours to see a dr . When people coming in for physicals got right in . The check out nurse was very rude . Made a big fuss that I asked for the prescription to be liquid form . And for a work note . She was very unprofessional

I was told to take a drug and t.b test at Concentra for a possible job position. I was in the Franklin Dr. facility it was clean and the wait was brief. I normally dont like these places because my past experiences havent been great but I was pleasantly surprised.
