I came in since I had a very bad headache and cold symptoms. I could not get in to see my own doctor. My husband had to drive me since I felt too sick to drive. I waited about 45 minutes to be seen. That is not so bad. The person who started to check me introduced herself as a PA. I asked what that was and they said that is a Physicians Assistant. I asked if the doctor was going to duplicate the tests and I was informed I was not going to be seen by a doctor. I came to the clinic to see a doctor, not an assistant. The manager of the facility came over and told me that a Physicians Assistant is "exactly the same as a doctor". I asked if they went to the same medical school and he said yes. He said the PA goes through exactly the same training as a doctor except they dont do a residency. I looked that up when I returned home and it is not true. A PAs training is about two years, much less than a doctors. I asked why I was not told I would not be seen by a doctor and he said that is not their policy. I said they should inform all of their patients that they will not see a doctor and he said "I am not going to discuss our policies with you." He said we could wait until the doctor came back for lunch or just leave. He refunded the co-pay we had been asked to pay in advance and left. While we were waiting for our refund, the PA walked by and said to us: "Like a PA cannot treat a cold!". I was feeling terrible and I felt I deserved to be seen by a doctor.

I got there at 4:54...I didnt even get a room until 5: 40 and then I didnt even see the doctor until after 6. Then, I had to wait for then to send in someone to do a culture (who didnt know how to do a culture), hell the girl didnt know how to separate a script order to fax it! The only person that had any clue there was Chiquita. Seriously though, the dude that took me back to a room and took my blood pressure, never took my temperature and asked me if I had a fever... Then they let the workers fill out your symptoms/ medical history and dude checked hypertension... I never said hypertension he just clicked it...never clicked diabetes or cancer. But I digress the doctor himself is the worst person here. He has a condescending attitude, doesnt know how to use the system and was the only reason my visit to over two-hours!!! Got there at 4:54 Did not leave until 6:56!!! What the Fuzzy People! Seriously though if Chiquita didnt go to Doctor Knipple (yeah that is his name) and ask him what his problem was I probably would have been stuck standing there until close for my release info. Do not go here!!!

I arrived at 4:30 with 4 people ahead of me. About 30 min later a younger guy and his friend walked in after me and about 20 minutes later an Asian man came in. Finally I knew I was next, but the worker (Ken) took the younger guy before me for some reason. I sat there wondering why and about 15 minutes later, the man working the counter said I would be next and he wasnt sure why I was skipped. I thanked him and said no problem. I saw Ken come back and the man at the counter told him I was skipped and to take me next. I actually heard Ken say he "didnt care" and he took the Asian man! I was shocked and upset! When I finally went back I told the nurse and the Dr. They didnt seem too concerned. At last I went to the counter to check out, and was asked to have a seat. The Younger man came out of his room while I was there and went to the counter and he was checked out before me! By now I was furious! I will never come back and will let everyone know how I was treated

I went here once it 2009 and waited over 2 hours to get seen by a physician assistant; not even a doctor! They just gave me cough syrup for a sinus infection. Total waste of time! Today, I went again thinking Ill give them another chance since they are the only doctor clinic open on Sundays. I called before I left my Rochester home to make sure they were open and Lawerence answered the call. He said to be there before 5 pm and Id get in. So I left and arrived there at 12:15pm, but no one was there! I walked into the lobby and rung the bell; no one came! Another BIG waste of time!! There was another customer waiting there when I arrived; she and her daughter said they have been waiting for 15 minutes and no one came either! She also noted that there were cars in the parking lot, but it seemed they all went to lunch without leaving a note! TERRIBLE!!

Second time Ive had an appointment and have had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. I work in a medical office and its just nonsense to make people wait more than 15 minutes for any appointment, at least get them back in a room. Terrible. Just got back in the room after 30 minutes and whoever brought me ( older African american, with very short hair)back smelled like cigarettes and asked me if I had an eye injury... When Ive been coming in for about a month for a second degree burn on my arm. I feel like you should be reading the chart before you take someone back, at least at any other office thats what you do. The doctor came in right away and she was very nice so thats the only reason why Im even giving this place one star instead of none.

My work sent me up here after hurting my back, it took 1.5 hours to see a assistant NOT A REAL DOCTOR. the black women behind the counter acts like she hates her job, she took her sweet ass time to help me. she was very rude and unprofessional! Their x-ray machine is very outdated and they had to take 6 x-rays in the same spot because it kept coming out bury. All of the workers were very unprofessional, I will never go back here and tell everyone to stay away.

Waited about an hr for a workers comp which is expected at a strictly walk-in type of clinic. Actually wasnt that bad of a wait either. Magazines, a nice flatscreen, and even a keurig. Staff were very thorough and kind. The lady who gave me a tetanus shot was awesome. Made it very quick and practically painless. The doctor was very nice and enthusiastic as well. Overall a great experience.

The "lady" at the front desk, short, with glasses and wears a wig needs to retire. Her customer service skills are terrible, from the moment you walk in and see her unwelcoming face you know its going to be an unpleasant experience. She actually refused to give me urgent care because it was my second time coming within a month for an allergic reaction. Youve been warned!
