I was employed by Dr. Don Sing, who assured me that I would have medical insurance covered, after the 90 day waiting period. Well, that never happened and after questioning quite a few illegal and immoral practices, I was let go. This was over a month of requesting insurance, as well as to have my personal disabilities, Rheumatoid Arthritis and PTSD, be considered before telling staff that my coming in 15 minutes late was translated that I was disrespectful to his time, despite my honesty to everyone of feeling as if I have the flu at 6 in the morning and missed my bus on a handful of occasions due to Methotrexate. His issues with his anger triggered my PTSD on a couple occasions and overall my health depleted after months of working long days with no breaks and minimal time to eat lunch while running up and down the stairs to welcome patients, since he does not close down the office during lunch hours, nor respects any of his staff or patients time. I am still looking for work, as his firing me the day I were to come back from being out ill, due to a flare of my RA due to active anxiety from my PTSD, since he failed to listen to my repeated requests to stop telling me how I test his patients when asking him to follow through on important tasks and not to place to blame on myself, telling I guess other practitioners and such of how much stress I put on his life....though I was attempting to get the office up to code in a sense, dedicated overtime even in the beginning as I ran the office on my own for the first month or so, which he didnt consider when he just told me no to come into the office, after a week of no pay, no payment of my unused PTO, no payment towards my out-of-pocket cost of insurance while he gaslighted me, stating I didnt need insurance or that all I needed to do was ask for it, though was told by Lori and other staff that I needed to speak with him in regards to that. I am now negative in my bank account, after attempting to survive with no available assistance and due to my current medical situation, that was current while employed under him and to know that he had the audacity to tell unemployment that I quit my job, after all I did for him and that office. The fact that such employers can do such a thing, leaving those suffering from a current disability and auto-immune disease is just down right devastating and discouraging to those who are hard working individuals attempting to fight against the odds. Shame on you Dr. Don Sing and I just now can finally say that with some confidence. Shame on you for spending more money on having Stratus run your office and not respecting the staff, especially since they do more for you than any staff should. If I had the energy, I would take him to court for the pain he has caused me and my family with his inconsiderate actions and not allowing me to work till the end of July, three weeks of notice and three weeks of pay for myself since I just moved into a new apartment, which is where I fronted a deposit and such which is why I kept pushing obtaining insurance through Don Sing, since $134/month to be on my domestic partner, now husband, on top of the out-of-pocket expenses for all of my medications and doctor visits, plus coming in late to work, missing income and being told by him that we were "storming" that I offended him and staff with my words, though was being honest that we needed to change some things within the office, so that we were not held accountable. I wish he could have treated me like the person who came into his office and just ran it, no questions asked, refreshing myself with Dentrix overnight and cleaning the entire front office on my day off, with him. This is what hurts, that its been difficult to recover when someone hits you while youre down, knowing that you are down, just not the right thing to do in my opinion and goes against ever claim he has made about being a man of honor, in my honest opinion.

When my wife had a crown break recently, Dr. Don Sing took her in immediately for replacement. Upon examination he said that the crown should not have failed and did the replacement without charge. The repair/replacement is beautiful. Then, more recently, I had a tooth that had been broken and repaired many years ago with a titanium post come loose. I had assumed that the tooth was lost and the root would have to be removed, but to my surprise and delight Dr. Don Sing was able to refurbish the tooth and cement it back in place. He said that it still had some more good years of use in it. I have been using it since he did the work only recently, and it feels as good as any other of my teeth. One more miracle from Dr. Don Sing! That kind of service is way beyond our expectations and we cannot overstate how glad we are to have Dr. Don Sing as our dentist.

I have been a client of Gabriel Don Sings for over 10 years. Sometimes, we may not know the real talent of a professional until a problem shows up. Over the years, I had been experiencing a situation with my teeth. He recently recommended a new - to me & fairly new on the market - toothbrush. After using the toothbrush for 2 months, the situation reversed itself. He is very informed - and works to stay informed - of whats cutting edge and stays current - and ahead - of technology. He does NOT recommend unnecessary procedures His team is very customer focused, takes the time to answer questions, & educates the client. When I called with an urgent request to see Dr. Don Sing, they were able to schedule me to see him the next day. Clearly, have been very happy with the care and attention from Dr. Don Sing & his team.

Dr. Gabriel Don Sing has been my dentist for more than ten years. During that time, in addition to conducting and directing his staff members on my routine dental care and maintenance, he performed extensive restoration of several of my badly worn teeth. The latter involved his direct work on the design, production and attachment of replacement crowns as well as his direction of related work performed by gingival and orthodontic practitioners who are not members of his own practice. The results of the work are excellent, and have stood the test of several years. I continue to be impressed at Dr. Don Sings constant attention to research and personal contribution to the development of improvements to the practice of dentistry. I am fortunate to be one of his patients.

Dr. Don Sing and his staff always provide excellent service. They are all well-educated, thorough, professional and friendly. Dr. Don Sing always takes extra time to discuss both current issues and things to watch out for in the future, making me feel comfortable and prepared. In addition to top-notch medical service, Dr. Don Sings office goes above and beyond when it comes to working with your insurance company. Indeed, his office has been working on an insurance issue in connection with my dental work for almost two years now. I have never felt hassled or pressured by Dr. Don Sings office to cover any outstanding balance in the meantime. In fact, they go out of their way to keep the situation light-hearted. I really cant thank them enough.
