The doctor herself is very good as an optometrist but you can forget about customer service. I believe she uses part of her family as office staff and some of them have absolutely no customer service skills. I had a young girl raise her voice to me on the phone and act completely rude and unprofessional, essentially telling me they were busy with paying customers and didnt have time to talk to me or answer my questions (since they already had my money I suppose I no longer mattered). If you have a problem with your prescription or glasses, they will charge you $45 just to come back in to ask questions or concerns. If you dont want to pay this fee, you will be blown off by the staff who says they are just doing what the doctor says. Mrs Chung herself will not get on the phone to speak to you and you will have no one to escalate the matter to. Cannot recommend.

Dr Chung is a really fun sweet yet very good optometrist she takes great care of me and my family I highly recommend her shes a hoot.
