Dr.Nguyen is great, the front ladies are not so nice. He explains in detail and answers all questions or concerns, however his front staff is very rude and even did the low eye stare. Very rude. My concern was the wait time. My appointment was scheduled at 12, but my children were called back just to begin almost 25 minutes later just to have a puff in the eye. We are still waiting 30 minutes later. I was concerned because when I attempted a walk in before, they took hours of waiting and explained if I had an appointment I would have been seen more promptly. I scheduled an appointment for myself and waited 30 minutes still get a room. I was in the office for a little over an hour, but I never sooke to front staff to inquire....Well, I had another appointment for my children and now they say they have to see walk ins....So, just be prepared to wait a while regardless if you do or do not have an appointment. I would also recommend minimal interaction with front desk.

The doctor was very informative and he did an exam on my two children and husband. That is why I am giving them 2 stars. However, we were charged a $70 fee for the contact exam because they did not carry the brand of contacts my insurance covers. I had to make several calls to figure this out and I just wish they would have explained it to me there. If my husband would have gone to another office who had the contacts it would have saved us $70 plus now what we have to spend on the contacts over our allowance. They made it seem like it was the insurances fault because we switched to United Health care but that has nothing to do with my vision coverage. I should have known better and just not done the exam when they said it was going to be $70. Live and learn do your research even if they say they are a provider they may not be fully.

I went to this office today at 3 and it was completely empty. The two girls at the front were slouched over the counter as they were telling me that I couldnt be seen. I asked if I could wait for an opening and oNE of the girls smirked as she repeated herself that there were no walking after 1pm. She went on to volunteer that the Dr. Wanted to leave early. I have been a patient here for over 7 years aND my experiences have consistently become worse over time. I went to the optomotrist by lenscrafters 1 building over and was able to schedule an appt. Dr. Nguyen you might want to review your front office procedures because you have lost a patient.

I loved him! I wanted to try contacts after years of wearing glasses. Dr.Nguyen even took his time to show me how to put them in and take out. Made we wear them for a while before getting my prescription filled. Also, finally found a location and Doctor who doesnt make the my glasses/contact too strong, nor blurry. I would highly recommend Dr. Nyugen. Great ethics!

I have been followed there for the past 5 years. Positive experience each time I visit. Had an issue with one of my contacts and walked in and was seen very quickly.

John is a good for glasses, but he believes that giving a prescription under the needed one makes people more comfortable with contacts. Couldnt be more wrong.

He takes care of us all the time. If there is going to be a wait from doing a walk-in, they set the expectation and text you 15-20 min before.

Dr. Nguyen, was on point. He asked me what I wanted as for contacts and he gave me exactly what I needed. Awesome. Thank you.
