I bought a pair of glasses from this store. When I picked up my glasses, I did notice that the right lens did make me very uncomfortable. The sales associate told me that my eye would need some time to adjust to the new pair of glasses. I couldnt even wear them for more than an hour because they gave me a headache. I ended up going back to the store and they found out that the prescription for the right lens was incorrect. Today, I went to the store to pick up my glasses, but the right lens was still incorrect. People at MyEyeDr are very unprofessional.

honestly Ive been there I couple times and it didnt go so well. its not a long wait thats the good thing. I went over today to exchange my lenses and they actually ordered the wrong size. I paid 80 dollars to get them and they come wrong??? Thats not okay. They need to learn to measure right. I have to wait another week and I need the new ones cause my eyes are getting worse.

We used this office three times. The first time was OK, the next two times it seemed like the employees (who were different people) were being paid by commission--the more you pay, the more they get paid. So, we dont go here anymore.

Actually, no stars if it was possible. Staff very unprofessional. No customer service oriented. They just basically tell you to choose a pair without giving you any guidance. I will not come back to this place.

The lenses didnt improve my vision. The left one was blurry. The old lenses were better. Theres a 2 week deadline to return them.
