Called simply to see if I could get an emergency eye exam by chance, understanding that the answer would probabaly be no. Which is fine considering it was a last minute phone call, but the woman who answered the phone sounded totally careless and didnt even sound like she wanted to talk to me. I asked when their next available appointment was and she immediately replied with "Tuesday." She didnt take any time to even pretend like she was checking her schedule or anything, nor did she act like she had the time to discuss anything with me. I told her alright, let me give you a call back in a few minutes, she replies with "okay" and immediately hangs up the phone. I couldnt even say thank you before the hung up on me. Horrible first experience and I definitely wont be bringing any of my business here if thats how rude their employees are. When you the customer are genuinely concerned and are inquiring information, it would have been nice to speak with someone who wouldve genuinely acted concerned and like they cared about the customer. With working in retail I know how to give a lot more respect than that. Very disappointed.

Every time we have gone to my eye dr. they have tried to scam us in some way. When they talk about pricing with you, their price will go from something crazy like 300 dollars to 200 to 150. They are like car dealers but for glasses and contacts. I tried to just go for my eye exam there this year so I could get my prescription filled at Walmart. One of the ladies on staff yelled at me and was very rude, insisting that Walmart would not take my insurance. Walmart told me that not only do they take my insurance, but My Eye Dr had frozen my benefits towards buying glasses or contacts so I could not buy them anywhere else that day. My Eye Dr. also did not give me a paper with all the details of my prescription so I could not get it filled anyplace else.

My family has been going here for about 1.5 years because they take my insurance. Recently felt like they were scamming me so I went shopping around. It turns out everything I need, and my kids need, is cheaper WITHOUT INSURANCE at the 3 other places I checked. Pretty sure MyEye Dr. is playing number games with insurance and charging you the full price anyway. A pair of glasses at My Eye Dr. was goin to cost me $420 after insurance ($240 applied from insurance). Just got the same pair, with the small price tag, without insurance from somewhere else for $274 with no insurance. Skip this company. They play the same insurance game most of the medical does.

I was happy with my overall experience! I needed new nose pieces on my glasses and they were able to fix them same day at no charge. I did end up getting another pair of glasses which was a little more than what I wanted to pay for.

worst staff and their policies, different staff tells you different things, and then they trap you in.
