No wonder the company is called "SOLO" - the customer service and quality are SO LOW. Dont let the low prices fool you into making a purchase here. Comparable optometry services have equal or better prices if you do some research. The Optometrist correctly prescribed but did not provide responsive feedback on customer service issues despite my repeated attempts to contact. Nor was the "warranty" on glasses and contacts fair and accurate coverage. Honestly, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty. More time was spent by the staff making sarcasm than providing service. I recommend pursuing alternatives - you will have better luck in the long run.

Awful service, treated like I was a child. They spent a total of 5 minutes with their "eye exam" and wanted to upsell everything possibly to me. When I kept saying I wanted a specific pair, they tried to push me to more expensive glasses. still spent over $250. do not go anywhere near this rip off palace
