This is one of the best veterinary hospitals I have the pleasure to experience. After producing video content for the Veterinary Industry, I have been in many veterinary hospitals. And while some might be larger physically, none have been better than Old York Veterinary Hospital. That is because of Dr. Helen Campbell and her staff. She takes personal interest in all her patients/clients. She truly loves animals and being the owner of a rescue Boston Terrier I have seen first hand how dedicated she is to his care. (Blind and deaf with serious allergies) She goes out of her way to get the latest medications for his particular allergies and always is willing to see him should any type of crisis occur. We always get right in when it is an emergency. We have followed here as she has moved from practice to practice and now with her own practice, I feel we are clients for life. First time visiting last night. Outstanding service by all staff members, in particular Dr. Campbell. The place is by far the cleanest veterinary hospital I have ever seen. They did not try to nickel and dime me and everyone was knowledgeable. Compassionate, clean and knowledgeable.

I requested a first appointment as a new customer today, and it was disappointing to hear that they are not accepting new customers in order to better serve current customers. The only reason for two stars is that it would be nice to see that information posted more transparently.
