Your Receptionist was so helpful scheduling & rescheduling my appointments & answering my many questions over the phone. Even more gracious in person. Your waiting area is clean, bright & inviting. We appreciate the way we were welcomed & cared for before & during our visit. And our time with Doctor Rebecca Burwell was brief but informative. All around pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed working with the staff at the Santa Rosa Eye Care for animals. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Burwell is amazing! she has the perfect blend of professionalism and being friendly. she was great at explaining the process and the recovery. She was great with my dog and that makes me happy.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff. Most of all I appreciate the gentle caring and clear expertise I witnessed in handling the eye examination on my very frightened little dog. The room ambiance and their voices were so soothing, I was almost mesmerized myself!
