Milestone has been my Dentist for around a year now. I have had some great experiences and some not so great. The doctors and staff are very nice and always courteous. 90% of the time I have had a good experience. It is the 10% that makes me mark this office with a 3. If you have an appointment and dont call them back (even though you make an appointment in person) they will just give your appointment away to someone else. Who does business like that? Not even a second call before you just pass it off? One experience I had was pretty rough after a root canal. I had gone back in after have the root canal done and had a temporary filling put in. I was so incredibly sore afterward. I was told that I would have no pain afterwards, but sure enough after the numbing medication wore off, I was (as a grown man) literally crying in pain. I was able to get through to someone after writing an email to an office and a doctor wrote me a prescription, but I couldnt believe that when I mentioned it in the office in the first place it was pawned off like nothing. I mean, if there is a change someone is going to be in pain, it would seem it is better to take the chance to make sure they dont have pain after vs. hope they dont. Unfortunately, Im sure these doctors have to deal with seekers alot and the rest of us suffer. When I went back in for my crown, it was also a really bad experience. The dental assistant was in charge of removing my crown. She told me she thought "she could get it" without any numbing medication! She literally put a pair of pliers in my mouth to pull the thing out. Luckily, I just stopped. I told her if I wasnt numb, no one was putting metal in my mouth. I get that the filling isnt connected to nerves, but the pressure of that and the feeling of someone yanking on something in your mouth- pretty unpleasant. I also had a deep cleaning. I had my whole mouth numb. The actual shots were the worst part. I guess needles in your mouth isnt ever going to be pleasant, but some of them felt like fire before the medicine numbed everything. And sore.... wow. I mean SORE. Of course, for a procedure like that, your told to just take motrin again, so be prepared to deal with the pain. The nice part about the deep clean was that I got a special mouthwash that helped my gums tremendously. The stuff must have been mixed by wizards or something because my gums are stronger than ever and with my regular brushing routine, my issues have ceased. I think the only other thing that has ever rubbed me wrong or raised a hair was when I went in for a check up after my root canal. I was told that I had a tooth behind my root canal that also was about to need a root canal. I was told my cavity was bad and that "Id be lucky to make it a few weeks" with the state my tooth was in. It has been over a year now and I have no pain and Im still kickin. When I had went in for a second check up, before I could say anything to the doctor, someone already had a sheet for me to sign off on getting a 500$ root canal done. It felt like a marketing tactic or something. All I could think was.... last time you said this and it didnt happen. And now you have a preprinted sheet. Shouldnt I wait for a root canal until it is absolutely necessary? The cleanings here are great (regular..deep read above). Every time I leave feeling like a million bucks. and My teeth stay that way for a long time. So overall, * Nice Staff * Clean * Great Cleanings * Bad appointment policy * Error on the side of discomfort vs. comfort in non serious cases * Still a business so expect some potential over sell.

A truly great experience all around. My husband and I found this office after a basic internet search and really didnt know what to expect. We have been nothing but impressed from the beginning. Their intake staff has been second to none; friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Every time I have been in their lobby they know me by name, what happened last time, and why I am there without prompting or any noticeable staring at a computer for reference. I have noticed that I am not the only one getting this special treatment...the staff is always interacting with the lobby folk as if theyve known them for years. The members of the team they have assembled there actually seem to like each other and the feeling of confidence, trust, and comfort seems shared by the patients as well...I know my husband and I felt that way. As far as the work I had done, whether it be due to skill, the best tools, or the personal TV that had the NFL network on for me during the procedure, I really must say that I was comfortable throughout. Honestly, I went in for a procedure often known as one of the most uncomfortable to have done and it truly was easy. Dr. Castle talked me through every move, made me aware of what to expect and made sure that we were "in communication" constantly. I am thankful we found Milestone and fully expect to return...well, as much as recommended and needed anyway! --By the way, my husband and I had ZOOM whitening done there as well...he needed it worse than me but I gotta say, what a difference. Out in one hour and wish we had done it long ago.

Every visit (3) has been very frustrating and unpleasant. The office staff is very incompetent and I had issues with every visit. On my first visit, I waited over an hour and they did the cleaning in about 15 minutes and were not very thorough. I also got a quote for a procedure that I scheduled for a later date that they would not honor later as they said "it was a mistake". When I showed up for my appointment for the procedure (6pm on a Friday) I waited for 40 minutes only to be told that the dentist wouldnt do the procedure I had scheduled to be done that afternoon. He was going to refer me to an oral surgeon or I could have a different (more expensive) procedure for $200 more than the one I went there for. The dentist (Dr. Nguyen) was extremely rude and the staff seemed more interested in rushing me out the door than honoring the appointment. I rescheduled for a third visit and specifically asked for another dentist who behaved more professionally. When I showed up to the third appointment (after calling my insurance to have them send over the correct amount I was to be charged, the office staff had scheduled me back with Dr Nguyen!!! Thankfully, another dentist was available to take care of it. The hygienists were nice but, this place seems to want money more than they care about their patients or good customer service. As soon as my insurance changes in a few months, I am switching dentists. If you like taking off work and, wasting time and money, this is your place!

The entire staff at Milestone is simply amazing. I called after hours on Saturday and the office manager spoke with me and called me back. She promptly set up an appointment for me on the following Monday. I had not been to a dentist in years and the right side of my face has been swollen and bothering me for more than a month. When I entered the office I was met with a friendly staff and then had a full workup to see if we could determine the problem. They did a comprehensive examination and explained everything without every demeaning the fact that I needed a deep cleaning because I had not is many years. I was met with compassion and a staff that truly seemed to care. Dr Danny gently and thoroughly numbed my mouth and cleaned it. I also had a few cavities that were filled. They took the time to explain every aspect of the treatment and care to me and apologized when things took extra time. A couple of days later, I received a call to check up on me and to see if I had any questions. Since I had never had fillings before I questioned the rough feel and was told I could come back in and they would smooth them out for me. Truly an amazing group. It was these reviews that gave me the courage to call them and I do not regret it for a second. Each of my family members will be seeing this group as well and I am certain we will all be well taken care of. Thank you Milestone for giving Dentists and Dental offices a good name again.
