I chose this dentist after I had a root canal. Since we were moving out of state, I mainly chose this dentist for my crown because the website said they could do "same day" crowns with a machine in the office. They could also get me in right away. It needed the work done as soon as possible and on a schedule. After I got in the chair, I was told although they can do a crown in the office, they prefer to send them to a lab, which takes 2-3 weeks. So this put this dentist on par with all of the others that put crowns in. They said they would try to get the crown in as soon as possible and work with the lab. I decided to proceed. As far as the crown prep went, the procedure was pretty rough and painful, worse than the root canal procedure. Granted it was my lower back left molar. They took two molds, one for the machine in the office and one for the lab. They decided to send it to the lab instead of do it in the office. We ended up having to leave town sooner than expected. I called and said if they cannot get the crown in, just mail it to me and I will have another dentist put it in. They coordinated with the lab and were able to get the crown in that night and they could put it in the next day. I arrived for the appointment and everything was timely. The staff was friendly as like before. I got the crown on and even that was a little rough, although it was done fairly quickly. I feel like the crown is pretty rough to the touch with the tongue along the gumline, it definitely feels like there is something sitting on a ground down tooth and it just doesnt seem very smooth. Perhaps over time, the gum will heal up and it will feel a little normal but overall, I am not super impressed. I am spoiled some because my couple other crowns are gold, super smooth, and there is a smooth transition from the gum to the tooth. As far as cost goes, I thought it was a little on the high side, especially for what my opinion of the quality of the end result was. To top it off, I was charged $12.00 out the door. When I pId for a crown in the past, all payment was done up front and coming back for them to glue it on was covered in the price. While they were nice and they worked with me as much as possible, I feel like the whole service was average at best, any other dentist would do. On top of that, with the slightly rough treatment and it seemed like the assistants just werent in sync with the dentist (or visa versa), I would say overall a middle of the road experience. Had they not been friendly and work with me as they did, I would say below average. Kind of disappointed overall, especially with a $12.00 "have a nice day" out the door. Overall, I spent around $900.00 for one crown, a far cry more than the initial ballpark "guestimate" I was given when I first called this dentist. If you want something done quickly, dont fall for what you read on the website. Shop around. I was a cash customer. No insurance claims involved and I didnt seem to get any break for being a cash customer either.

Normally i really dont do this, but this is beyond passing the limits. 1. Called them for teeth cleaning, made an appointment and asked them if they will clean it before i go to work, they said yes, showed up that day, they did examine and stuff, but i just sat there and they just went over prices and stuff, they said deep cleaning needed, no problem, go ahead and do it, but after almost 2 hours, nothing was done, plus late to work, plus $142 charged and made an appointment for later time. OK, lets go to the next step. 2. 2 days before my appointment, received a call stating that they will have to reschedule the appointment for 2 weeks after. I got really angry, since i work full time and really dont have time at all, since we are already short on staff. So they rescheduled me for the next day. 3. I show up there, Deep leaning was done(and yes my teeth was bad, totally agree!), and then they started to offer me other services, 4 teeth removal, $850(!!!!) AFTER INSURANCE! And i do have the best insurance possible. Come on guys, the business is a good thing, but if you want to have more clients, you have work with them, not to rip them off to make another $500 more. But they are not forcing you, so it is all up to us, whether to accept or not. Now again, im not the type of a man, who does this review thing, but i dont know how they cleaned it, now my teeth, every single one hurts, they are really sensitive. I cant chew normal, i cant breathe normal, since as soon as i breathe, my teeth feel the cold. Went to other dental days after, they said they did awful job plus for those 4 wisdom teeth removal they only charged me $150, feel the difference. Now i will mention the positive stats too, Thanks that you helped me to send my examines to other dental office, the staff is nice, and place is really clean. UPDATE: They called me again, right after this review, and left me a message if they could do anything to make my experience right, I DO REALLY APPRECIATE the call, eventhough i havent returned it and dont want anything but wishing the best of luck to them, but again, it was nice of them to follow up. I forgot the name of the lady, a very young lady that works at the office. Again thank you.

Wonderful experience! From the initial phone call to to walking through the door for my visit, all the staff were very welcoming and nice! The ladies at the front desk were fabulous and worked with my insurance information to get me quotes and payment options. Plus I was very excited that for a first time visit, they got me in the very next day! The office is very clean, and very pretty, which is always reassuring and the tech who worked on my teeth was great with answering questions I had and also telling me what she was seeing as she did the exam and cleaning, which I really appreciated. Dr. Voigt was also great about explaining both good areas and problematic areas of my teeth, and telling me how his practice could fix and further the health of my teeth. He was very cordial and seemed very intellectual! Thank you, Voigt Dental!! 5 stars!!
