I am completely upset. I went in today for a appointment which was for a cleaning. This was my second time coming here. The first time I was here my appt was at 3:15 pm I arrived and checked in at 3:19 pm, so I waited in the waiting area not to long I would say about 45 mins to an hr. Well when I get called to the back, the girl who called said that I was going to get rescheduled that because I had checked in almost 1 hr past my appointment time which was completely incorrect, so then the girl said that she would have to check, so finally they said that it was ok and to go to the back. Ok so I went through the appt. I thought not to bad things happen sometimes, a misunderstanding. So I was set with a appt. to get a cleaning done today because I am suppose to get braces on next week. Well when I went in today For my appt. at 4:00 pm I took my insurance card because thats all they needed since I had already done all the paperwork the first time, well they asked again for my id and to fill out the same paperwork that because I had never been there. Well I did no problem, I waited in the waiting area for an hr they ended up calling me to the back at 5:10 pm and to tell me that they werent going to be able to do the cleaning because it was late and to close to their closing time. Whatttttt? Then why give me a appt so late and make me wait 1 hr to tell me you cant do it! Plus the actual hygienist herself said that she was told that I was a walk in and that I had no appt schedule. Complete lie. EVERYBODY from the front desk to the hygienist have really bad customer service. I kept hearing everyone around me who were there for their appt as well complain about them. I will not go back there not refer any one to there.

Well where do I start... This location was pretty good about not having me wait for a long period of time and the dentist who examined me for the 10 minutes she did seemed nice but thats about all I can say. They were having a special for free x-rays and exam for new patients till oct 30, mind you I double checked all this prior to going and none of the employees knew if that was going on still, they had to ask 3 other people to find out yes it was. After filling out all the info and handing it back the other woman at the front desk told me it would be 39.00 for the exam I explained that the other girl I had just talked to said it was free for new patients plus thats what the website said she gave me attitude and said "no" and had me fill out a pamphlet that was all in Spanish because they were "all out of English ones" I dont speak Spanish but luckily my boyfriend does. Come to find out later she had me sign up for the membership witch was 39.00 and lied to me about it. For a place that claims to help people who dont have insurance or credit they suck they wanted a down payment of 2,000 dollars and the work they wanted done totaled to 7,000 for a couple crowns and some cleanings! Would I be going there if I had 2,000 bucks to throw down I think not! Never going back.

I went ahead and attempted to make an appointment inspite of the reviews. The rep I felt was very rude. One I let him know I would like a Saturday appointment because my work schedule is Mon-Fri. He disregaurded that. Second I have 4 children to be seen he said Id have to split them 3 and 1 I told him Id call back simply cause I am looking to not waste more then a Saturday for dental appointments. The rep doesnt know I am a single mother and on top of work chores baseball games foot ball games cheerleading for the kids going to the dentist is a must yet Id still want to use one Saturday for ALL. Anyways he proceeding to ask questions Even a question as DO THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME? I let him know that they do not. My boys are one my girls are another and He asked or said OH THEY DONT HAVE THE SAME FATHER.... I am always put in to a sterotype and Im not offended cause I know ppl dont know that my childs father pasted and I decided to move forward as why my children do not have the same last name. Just the way he said it in a Umm Yea it figures kind of way anyways. Im ranting cause all I wanted to do was get my kids appointments. I did not make an appointment with this company and Dennis is the reason Why..

Well, went in on a Saturday, for extractions. Signed in, they asked if I had paperwork from Fredericksburg location, I said no, girl made a face then told me to sit, waited an hour and got called to the back just to be told that they couldnt see me because their machine was down and I would have to go back to other location to pick up the pictures then bring them back to get my teeth done, its like really, they should have told me when I signed in about the machine being down. Very unprofessional, the dentist is not an easy place to go to this just made it that much worse, very upsetting that I had made arrangements for a ride and babysitting for my baby, complete waste of time for everyone involved, already have future appointments for work needed, dont think I could go back, plus I had already heard people complainining to the staff now I know why.

I tried to give the company the benefits of the doubt however after calling the call center4 to 5 times trying to get an appointment and going to 2 different locations I had no success. The call center was rude and not helpful. First location the reception at first didnt seem like she wanted to help verify my insurance because it was suppose to have been done by the call center. She had no choice but to help because I was the only one there. They wouldnt see me due to insurance. The call center should have said something. Second location off of So.Flores was horrible. As soon as I walked in it smelled and they wouldnt even try to take the time to verify my insurance.

I was on the phone with a representative making an appointment when I began reading the reviews. After reading several that were recemtly posted I told the representative I wanted to cancel him making my appointment. He asked why and I told him I was reading reviews and most of them were bad. He asked me again Why? I repeated my answer when he confirmed ALL the reviews by hanging up on me. What originally caught my attention was the part that read "people typically spend 1-2.5 hours here". Now i see why it also reads "usually not busy". I normally dont base my decision soley on a review or 2, but when 8 out of 10 are negative it makes you think twice.
