I went in for a 6 month cleaning. This was right after I had been laid off. They wanted to take x-rays and I asked why if I had them taken 6 months prior. Amy in the office said she had already cleared them with the insurance. The x-rays were taken come to find out I no longer had valid insurance and they wanted to charge me for the x-rays. I was billed $109. of which I paid $55 to exclude x-rays. On numerous occasions I tried to discuss this with Amy in the office. She was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I have been reported to the credit bureau for owing $109, no $55 credit and it has now affected points off my credit score. It is the only blemish on my report. I tried calling again, talked to Amy asked to speak to Dr. Garrison and she told me he was not interested and hung up on me. All the while I paid about $300 out of pocket for a mouth guard for which I was fitted 2x for and cannot use because it hurts my teeth. Its too tight. But thats ok???

My wife and I moved to San Antonio 4 years ago knowing no one in the area. After 2 really bad experiences with large dental offices we found the Garrison family. It is a small practice and we really appreciate the professional, personal and honest treatment we are receiving there. Thanks folks.
