This was the WORST experience ever! There was an older lady, that was soo rude! She had no bedside manners, whatsoever! She was impatient, she had a bad attitude and she was very disrespectful. Then, I met Dr. Austin, this man, is the rudest, doctor, ever! He had a big stick, up his butt! To top it all off, his diagnosis was WRONG! After leaving this place, I went to another dental office, called, The Tooth Doctor, on Bandera RD. This place was completely opposite! They were nice and they seemed, like they cared. This doctor had a completely different diagnosis! Any who, she really took care of me, and their staff was very professional. To make a long story short! DONT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Went in with an agonizing toothache that has been bothering me for over a week. They worked very quickly and were very professional and understanding. Like many, I have a fear of going to dentists but this was the most pleasant experience Ive had. Cant explain how good it feels to eat and drink without any excruciating pain. The Dentist and the staff showed legitimate concern for my pre existing health issues too and made me feel comfortable even while I was getting my teeth yanked out. Thanks!!

I would highly recommend this location. Best experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Had a terrible toothache late at night and assumed I would have to wait until the morning. They saw me at 8pm, addressed all my concerns, provided quality care and above all made me feel at ease and comfortable. The lovely young lady with the Russian name (I apologize for not recalling it) was professional and attentive. Look no further for quality dental care!

After having an awful tooth ache and placing many calls, this was the only place opened on Christmas Day. Felt bad the staff had to work on Christmas put very pleased they took good care of me. Dr. G was so nice and the staff were very professional and careing. They made me feel welcomed. Thank you guys very much.you just dont know how much you made my day. I would definitely recommend you :)

They were fantastic. Open when I needed them, took x-rays for my infected tooth, prescribed antibiotics and gave great advice on where to go/what to do on Monday. I highly recommend them. DO NOT try Brident....you wont get it. This place is modern, clean, pleasant, perfect for an emergency. Dr. Badea was my hero today.

Went in with unbearable pain, they took me in VERY quickly, Dr. Greider saw me and she was awesome!!! I have fear of the dentist and she was sooo very nice and comforted me. The assistants were also very good. I had a very good experience here, do not hesitate to come in they were VERY good.
