Horrible left one third inch gap on a crown he set for me and left it open in the back so food was going in under the back of the crown and large pieces of food were getting trapped between the crown and it got infected. After two doses of antibiotics I allowed him to fix it but still have quarter inch or more gap in back where food still gets trapped every time I eat something and crown not completely sealed all the way around it. Also, came to find out the hard way, but he used a drill to clean our teeth and has caused us thousandths of dollars attempting to fix all the damage he did to myself and spouse. God almighty exists and He is a God of vengeance and wrath. The Word of The Lord saith "Better one tie a mill stone around his neck and throw himself into the deepest ocean than hurt one of my children and we are both Christians. He told us he had to fix a lot of teeth to stay out of jail and keep his ex-wife happy. He said he had a new wife to support too but, I never dreamed that he would destroy our teeth to have paying patients to pay his child support. May the Lord help him and bless him. I will never return to this sick dentist nor will I ever recommend him. Thank you for your time in reading this and I pray this never happens to anyone else.

I had a lot of dental needs & was embarrassed to even see a dentist & after a truly awful experience at another dentist office where they proved my fears right, I was extremely hesitant to go to another. I was referred to Dr. Mason & from my first visit I have been so impressed, happy, & thankful for Dr. Mason & his staff. Ive not once felt uncomfortable or nervous or embarrassed or felt judged and Im just so appreciative for Dr. Mason & his assistant who always make me leave there feeling better and smiling bigger. Im not made of money & I dont know if other dentist charge less for their procedures but I do know that the comfort I feel in your office is worth more to me than any amount of money I spend getting work done. Without all of you I would not be smiling today. These days I look forward to my dental appointments instead of dreading them. I would recommend this practice to anyone & everyone. If you want to deal with true professionals who have your best dental health & patient care in mind then this is the place for you.

Dr. Mason is an honest, straightforward dentist with affordable prices. He really helped me out and set me straight when I was in trouble. I had gone to another dentist who had diagnosed me with 13 cavities. I couldnt believe it. The procedure would have cost me around $3k. Dr. Mason was recommended to me and I traveled to San Antonio for a second opinion. He said that I only needed two fixes for my teeth - the two teeth that were part of the botched procedure from the other office. Turns out this sort of thing happens all the time by other dentists who want to make a lot of money off of fixing what doesnt need to be fixed. He was efficient, quick, and effective, with very little pain involved. And the price of the procedure came in somewhere around $200-$300! I was so relieved. I might live in Austin, but he is the dentist for me.

I had two crowns done by Dr. McAlister and they lasted two months! When getting procedures done that are this expensive the expectation is that they last. Unfortunately,with moving with the military we are now far away from San Antonio and I am stuck with having to get my teeth repaired again. Very angry and disappointed with this practice.

Dr. Mason is great but staff needs a lesson in manners and customer service especially the lady that handles the billing department. She talks down on ppl as if they are kids, very rude. Will be moving my entire family to a different practice because of the staff. So sad that Dr. Mason has to lose clients because of this.

Dr. McAlister is a friendly professional and very skillful and thorough in his exams. As a client, I had a few questions concerning my care of my teeth. Dr. McAlister was patient and informative when answering questions. This was my 2nd appointment and I have already scheduled my January 2017 annual appointment.

Terrible experience, staff and office was nice enough but spent thousands on a bridge and it turned out terribly. Had to go to another dentist and pay thousands more to undo the dental work and have it redone. Would never trust this place again.
