This place is HORRIBLE! I went in because I was having tooth pain on 4/28/17, so it turned out that I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. I decided to go ahead and have it pulled because "it was an easy procedure" and I should recover by the next day. So after the first 30 mins of the Dr. struggling to get my tooth out he ended up calling in another dentist to help him pull the tooth. I was given horrible after care instructions, just to go home and rest and that was it. So the weekend went on and Monday came and i was still having a lot of pain and my face was still swollen not to mention I lost feeling on the right side of my tongue and I can barley open my mouth. So I called the Doctors office and I went in to be seen and he said it was all normal because it was a big tooth. By Friday I should feel better. Well I started to notice a weird taste in my mouth on Sunday 5/7/17 and I noticed a Black Hole on the side of my Jaw. I called to let the dentist know because I might have a Dry Socket. Well I went in to see the Dentist again and he said " No its not a Dry Socket cause youd be in pain" (which I was) and not to mention this ugly taste in my mouth. He said all I was to do is wash my mouth out really good and ill be fine and that the hole in my mouth will close in about a month. So almost 3 weeks after having this wisdom tooth extraction I still cant feel the right side of my tongue. No taste at all, I still cant open my mouth all the way and when I yawn I have a tingling sensation like my tongue is tied to something. This place is TERRIBLE!!! NEVER GO HERE.

Im here at familia Rental right now with my son and they asre extremally slow my appointment was at 5 and I had to waite two hours before I was called to the back with my son and they started to numb his tooth and then the dentist walked away and started working on some one elses teeth the dentist gave everybody the same appointment time so now hes working on someone eles mouth while we waite for him to finish and the numbing stuff wares off by the time the dentist comes back on and he starts to drill on my son and hes in pain cause he can fill the drill in his teeth I hate coming here I will be changing my kids dentist ASAP and there just now starting to work on his teeth I swear this is the worst experience why would you get everyone the same appointment time and have use waiting hours for you to finish his teeth while he works on someone eles worst experience ever

MY WORST VISIT DO NOT go close to closing time because the dentist is rushing to leave. I arrive an hour early because I was told he needs more time to get the job done. I heard a dentist say " dont expect me to be here all night" , while working on my teeth.He was talking to someone else but that let me know he was ready to leave. He leaves to "give my mouth a break" but just goes to work on another patient. My time is valuable also. While working on my teeth his asstistant is says something but the dentist cuts her off and says "I know what Im doing". I just have a feeling he was taking short cuts. After all most 3 hours of being uncomfortable, I had to fill out new patient paperwork because they lost my file. Its been a week and my teeth still hurt. I have more work that needs to be done but Im not sure if i want to go back.

This place is beyond horrible. Daughter was having tooth ache. They told me come in at 11am. It would take an hour to do 6 fillings. We are still here at 1:30pm and the dentist has been gone for 30 minutes since drilling cavities. Only way he came back was by me causing a stink in front of his staff and patients. Also on top of that the office took a 300 dollar payment from me because they did not have Medicaid on file after having it in system for 2 years of orthodontics. We have two federal and Medicaid insurance. They told me they could not get a hold of corporate another lie. I walked outside called corporate and handed them my phone to get my money back. This office had no problem taking my money but lied so not to give it back which shouldnt had been taken to begin with.

First time patient. Came early to fill out paperwork, gave them insurance information before I went in. Waited an hour before I left. It wasnt so bad waiting, until 3 other people who came AFTER me were called before me. So I asked why it was taking so long, the girl said it was because there was only 2 people working and 2 rooms so they were behind. Ok, no big deal, I understand being short staffed. However, right after I sat back down, A WHOLE FAMILY got called back. FOUR people. After waiting for that long, poor customer service, 7 people were called before I was. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I wouldnt even go as far as "fair" on this review. I was told I needed fillings on several teeth, got all of them done with Famila Dental, only to have the worst pain ive experienced after they were done. I went back and saw ANOTHER dentist (ive never seen the same dentist twice) only to be told that I probably shouldve had a root canal! not only did they cause me terrible pain with the fillings and the aftermath, but now i have MORE to fix! never going back, i prefer having ONE dentist, doing the job right, and not causing me MORE pain.

Horrible place I have a emergency and waited more than a hour went i ask what happened she say we still waiting for authorisation from ensurance ??? Then after waiting for so long I left it guess is not important went someone have a horrible pain they dont care and by the way I was the only person there is call another office and right away they found me in the system and there were really carry about my well being I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I wouldnt recommend anybody not even ur children !! Their tubes are nasty I did my extern hours here and trust me their tubes that go in ur mouth with the suction they are nasty that is osha right there and I hope they get caught for it I am working at a different dental site and their tubes are just a clear and clean as can be if you dont want to get sick or catch something from these tubes I wouldnt recommend anybody going here

So we gave this place a shot cause it was right near our house. Bad idea. Every single time we went and waited over an hour after our appointment. I decided to go to a different dentist. well this place calls literally twice a week to ask me if I want to schedule an appointment. Ive told them over 20 times to take me off their list. And no they still call twice a week like clock work. AVOID this place by all means.
