I would rate this office with no star they dont even deserve the one star. I had the worst experience with this dental office. It being an emergency I decided to call them to schedule an appointment. Worse choice I have ever made. I was seen for my cracked crown, dentist remove it took about five tries to get a proper molding for my temporary crown. Weeks past, temporary crown is now broken in half. I called office to ask when permanent crown would be in? Office assistant tells me sorry someone should have called you its in. They scheduled me one week later. Now taking time off of work the crown didnt sit right was told it had to be sent out again to be redone. He even had the audacity to blame me for the error. They promised it will be only a couple of days they will expedite. 5 weeks later again I didnt even get a courtesy call from the office to be made aware it was in their possession. Still having issues with crown! Save yourself the headaches they are not worth the time.

We been go to this office for 2 years but whenever we have 6 months cleaning , doctor always trying to said something wrong with my teeth, last time he told me that I need a new crown, my old crown is fine to me but anyway I listened to his professional , I replaced it, temporarily crown keep broke on me many time. Last week we came for clean again, he told me I need a new crown again with other tooth with filling . Two day later with temporary crown, I was in pain all night and trying to called them but no respond, even they gave me emergency to teach dentist , but he never respond. I was in pain, thinking to go emergency and and sue him for malpractice

Went in for cleaning and when I left my teeth felt worse than when I went in. To start the hygienist gave me a dirty pair of glasses to wear for during the cleaning. If these things are dirty, what else is? Then she goes to town on my veneers with the metal hook scraper and I had to get her to stop because it felt like she was removing the glue that holds it on! Sure enough after I left, the back of my tooth feels different and now I have pain. Lastly, there were little kids from the lobby walking in and out of the room during the cleaning cuz theres no door keeping people out of the patient area! Avoid, avoid, avoid

DO NOT ENTER! Ive had receptionist hound me for bills I already paid only for them to realize their mistake and never apologize, Dr Carlos gave me a half ass filling which broke and he then had to give me a "really really deep" silver filling. Then I had all four of my wisdoms removed by another Dr and later the nurses told me he only removed 3 and they could see the remaining one in the x ray- to which Dr Carlos rebutted "na Jesse never misses" this place is God awful! Save yourself and your teeth and go somewhere else.

I didnt even go into this office but I called this dentist office just to get advice regarding service from another dental office, let me tell you the lady who answered the phone on 2/22/17 at about 9 am was the absolute best, you could clearly hear they were busy but she took the time to listen to my horrible experience and gave me advice on what to tell the dentist I went to. Thanks for listening and giving me advice it was very helpful!

My family and I have been going to Dr Freymann for the past 5 or so years. Have never had a complaint about the Dr or staff. Krista and Brandy are the hygienists and they are outstanding.

Dont waste your time or money. they are arrogant and really disappointing. They give me the run around for over 3 months and gave back the same ugly dentures.
