I went to Pat Booker Dental to have my son checked, he has had a toothache, my experience was awful! Natalee N. Trevino, DDS was demeaning and rude. The cost of the dental work is out of the range of what I can afford, When I asked for any other solution, her solution was to go to a clinic downtown. She offered no other solution besides to do what her plan was. That was almost a $1000.00 worth of dental services with my insurance. It was a very bad experience, Becca the girl that works up the figures for what the cost is was in the room and witnessed this whole scene, so there was another embarrassment I had to endure. Becca was very kind, reassuring, offering another solution with another dentist in the office and compassionate. I feel Natalee N. Trevino was extremely unprofessional in the way she handled my case and I would like to make people aware of the treatment they should expect when arriving to see her.

Ive have a lot of dental work done here for my children. Braces and and dental implants for my son. They were always dependable. However, I had a $1,700 credit on my account in March 2016. Had my daughters wisdom teeth pulled which was mostly paid by my insurance and my portion lowered my credit to a little less than $1,000. I called to get my credit payed out since all the major work was done on both my kids. The credit has magically disappeared - they even hinted that I owe them money. Im so upset that they did this to me after all the money I have paid them over the past 3 - 4 years. I feel like I was robbed - and am looking at other options on what legal steps I can take to rectify this issue. They have lost my family business!

I had a great experience Ive been going to Pat Booker Dental Care for over 15 years.Even though Dr.Orr Retired it was a very great transition.Very professional and very sterile and clean. Jari is my dental hygienist .She is awesome I let her know my teeth are sensitive when they use the metal tools she makes sure she numbs my mouth every time with the gel.I highly recommend Pat Dental Care.Their whole staff is very helpful nice and professional. If you are afraid of Dental visits they will make you feel very comfortable and secure.Blessings to them. And an Awesome Shout out to Jari.

On a Friday afternoon I broke my upper dental plate. Most offices were closed, and the one I visited before I stopped at Pat Booker Dental that was open told me I couldnt see a dentist before Monday. When I stopped in to Pat Booker Dental, they were very courteous and polite and said to let them see what they could do. Even tho they cant fix the plate till Monday, they told me what my options were and to be back at 7:30am Monday. I did get an answer, and it was from a dentist.

As a new patient, it takes longer to get started with the treatment, but it was a thorough evaluation of the situation before treatment was begun. Dr. Grady has a very relaxing manner, which helps to eliminate anxiety related to the procedure. She was very careful and thorough during the procedure, which helped me go from requiring a more major treatment to a lessor treatment with the anticipation for long term success. I would recommend her to others who need dental care.

I was initially very happy with the way my crown fit until I saw in the mirror that the color was very much in contrast to the surrounding teeth and the enamel did not cover the base all the way up to the gumline, leaving a dark line at my gum. Had I been given a mirror before cementing it, I would have rejected it. Im very pleased that they are going to quickly make it right, but Im rating 4 stars just because I have to go through the process again. Never fun.

I had such a great experience here as a first time patient, 100% satisfied even with my common fear of the dentist. I have a wisdom tooth growing and its causing a lot of pain, the dental assistant (Jennifer A.) super sweet, attentive, caring and very sensitive to my pain. Everyone explained in details really well and made me comfortable, even as soon as I walked In the receptionist was very nice. Im definitely recommending this office to my family and others!

I visited the office last week as a new patient, the hygienist that completed my evaluation and cleaning was awesome (I cant remember his name but I think hes the only guy in the office). He was funny and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I hadnt been to the dentist is over a year but my teeth werent in bad shape (thank GOD). The dentist Mrs. Grady was great as well. I look forward to my next appointment at the end of the year!!!!

This review is on behalf of my son who visited our new dentist Dr. Thompson. He wasnt a fan of the dentist to begin with nor am I and we both had issues with the dentist which left. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond to correct some poor dental work and her assistant too. NEVER, has my son called me after a dental appointment and 3 fillings so excited!! Thank you Dr. Thompson! We love our dental hygentist too, Jahti Smith is the BEST!!!

Had an emergency painful tooth situation arise and called at 12;30 pm and asked for an emergency appointment which was set up for 3 pm. Exam showed that pain was not the result of a serious problem but resulted from a tiny bit of root being exposed as a result of a pending implant. Given Sensadyne toothpaste to reduce sensitivity. Problem solved due to the professional care of Pat Booker Dental, my choice of dentists for 43 years.

I got completely railroaded by the treatment! I was forced into taking the treatment as if it was my only alternative to losing my teeth. Forced to make a huge financial decision while I was sitting in the dentist chair! This laser treatment hasnt even been approved by the ADA! Im very upset and Im going to demand my money back! This is total customer manipulation and we are going to do something about this. Steve Cook

Been coming here for about 8 years. I had terrible hygiene/habits when I showed up. I basically only brushed for 10 years. Maybe a couple of cleanings in that time. I was on the fast track to losing at least a lower front tooth by age 40/42. My heart broke when that reality set in. These people got me cleaned up, braced up and now I have the healthiest smile Ive ever known. Total 180

My experience has always been good. Ive had a lot of dental work done and the staff has always been very nice. Ive called last minute and was scheduled for next day. I also lost my insurance and they worked with me. My teeth or my smile are my first impression . My teeth can also effect my health. It is worth cutting back on other things to take care of my teeth.

Excellent staff all around, very professional! Dr. Thompson was very knowledgeable and communicated well- she was also very gentle and her assistant top notch! Our hygienist Melanie was also very thorough and excellent throughout our cleanings- it was a very positive experience for both my son and I.i will definitely recommend this office to friends- thank you!
