First the lady at the desk was rude the entire time I was checking in. When I saw the Dr she barley looked me over, walked out, then got me on my way a few min later. I go to fill the Rx she gave me but was $140 which I cant afford. The pharmacy called to see if she would switch to something I can afford. She put me on the exact same medicine I have been on for almost 2 yrs. Why ask for my medication list if they are not going to pay attention to it? My insurance wouldnt cover it since I just filled my original rx a few days before. I even called your office crying to ask what I should do and still wouldnt do anything to help. My Dr is on vacation so the office said to try urgent care or the hospital. I did and I wish I didnt. It was a waste of my time, money, and insurance benefits. Its been 2 days since I went to your urgent care and Im still in the same postion I was in before I went. So now I have to deal with this issue all weekend with no help and just hope I can call my Drs office monday and see if any other Dr will see me and if not I dont know what else to do. They treated me as if I was making it up even though u can clearly see and feel the issue or that I didnt matter. I was just another patient to get in and out so they can get on with their day. All I wanted was some sort of help until I saw my Dr since she wont be back for a couple weeks. I felt like it didnt matter what happened to me because my issue isnt theirs so it doesnt affect their lives.I really felt like no one cared.

I have had two wonderful experiences here before going there and having Stephen Toth "diagnose" me. I came in not being able to breathe, swollen tongue, salivary glands, and inflamed soft palette, told him I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something, couldnt swallow and was in pain....He gave me a prescription for thrush....even though I had no symptoms of thrush AT ALL. I wound up going to the er that night to be treated for an allergic reaction....and was told by the er doctor that there was no reason whatsoever I should have been diagnosed with thrush, was immediately put in anti-inflammatory meds, antibiotics and lidocaine. Every other time I have went has been great, but this man needs to find a new profession.

WAIT BEFORE EMPLOYING next care urgent with your valuable time and money! I would strongly advise any reader and all I meet to visit any other urgert care provider in Greeley FIRST. Treated with disdain by front desk. Clearly because it was ten min till 8 00 closing. Waited 50 minutes for the doctor i belive Bryans or something to that effect. After seeing the nuse. I heard the staff closing up and then leaving. I finally walked out after wating 50 minutes without seeing that considerate professional DOCTOR. Noting all other staff had left. Worst doctor vist Ive experienced. I will never return. SPREAD THE WORD.

My experience at this clinic was excellent. The male MA there is kind, efficient and in a past visit was great with x-rays. The provider PAC Joel was excellent on this visit. He was easy to speak with, thorough and intelligent. He was willing to do what needed to be done, but was not trying to do tons of unneeded testing or such. The only caution about this urgent care, like most of them, is that the providers change. I have been here with friends before and the provider was not great. But I would say it is the best in town for an urgent issue that your regular doc cant get you in for.

Today I was seen by Steve Toth for a barbaric lap band adjustment. I have to say that the staff as well as Steve were extremely friendly and gave a welcoming feeling. I have worked with Steve since I had my lap band placed. When the clinic closed that he was with before I searched for a year to find a clinic where he worked. He has great bedside mannerisms and is very knowledgeable with medical and bariatric care. I am grateful I found Steve Toth and the great staff at NextCare. When I have had urgent health issues I have also gone to this clinic and have received the same great care.

I came here because the reviews were good. My son fell and we wanted to make sure he didnt break it so they did a X-ray and they told us it was only a fracture. They couldnt do the splint there for some reason so sent us to the er, which they said theyll be able to put a cast on him and little did they know, hospitals dont do casts anymore because of the swelling. We ended up going today to get his cast at the drs and they did another X-ray and found out, It was broken. Waist of time going here and apparently they dont know what a broken bone looks like.

Online check-in is a joke. Spend 1.5 hours waiting in office after checking in online. Receptionist went out of her way to make sure woman after us on list went before us by taking her vitals. First time I have seen receptionist take vitals. It is true that they will not see you if you come 10 minutes before close. This place is a joke!! Last time I will be coming here for myself or my kids. Much fast to go to hospital or another urgent care than here. No one here cares about sick people.

All the MAs and Front desk are Nice... Dr. Deeter was pretty cool... PAC Stephen Toth on the other hand was the rudest and meanest person ever, trying to talk to me like I didnt have any knowledge what so ever. His bad attitude is above and beyond. Why would he tell me to buy an antihistamine for a really bad cold and fever? Hes such a joke.... Im also glad he knew I was upset... I would suggest for him to work somewhere else or change careers if he hates it that much.

My day was not going as planned; after taking fall on the ice on my way into the office, I was sent to urgent care. Any negative thoughts or connotations associated with long wait times, and indolent professionals can be tossed out the window. The staff at NextCare was kind, professional, timely and put me at complete ease. Ive never felt so well taken care of - Maggie Champion and her staff are truly great at what they do!

This urgent care facility was wonderful! My son was seen quickly & didnt have to wait. We were in and out within 45 minutes! We were visiting from Texas and were very pleased with the service of this facility. The receptionist was kind, the MA/LST was friendly, and the provider was excellent with my son. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs to be seen quickly for minor emergencies.

What a joke this place is! I arrived at 9am, had gotten bit by a wasp and my arm swole up, was very painful. They did not have a front desk women and said they couldnt check me in but to wait the lady was on her way. 15 mins later no one has addressed me. I asked if I should just leave and they assured me I would be taken care of promptly, being as I was the only one here.
