I gave two stars because the doctor herself was very nice. However, my daughter had an appoint back in August 2016. Ive yet to receive glasses from that appointment and it is now February 2017. Ive called and called and have been told the same thing over and over: let me call and check the status of her glasses and well give you a call back. So after having to call again because they never call back, Im told they should be in in 7-10 business days. Initially I was told glasses take 4-8 weeks. That would have been October. I even called and asked for the prescription and was told it could be emailed to me. Again, no email. I have gone up there a couple of times but as someone else mentioned there are no set office hours. Then I was told (a couple of days ago) maybe it was because her insurance changed. Her insurance didnt change until December, two months after the latest day I was initially told the glasses would be in. Ive since taken my daughter elsewhere for an exam and glasses only to find out her vision has gotten worse because she has not had her glasses. The doctor is nice, but save yourself the headache and run around. The only reason Im even calling about her glasses (which are probably no good now due to her vision worsening) is because Im sure theyve already billed the insurance and gotten their money.

Very unprofessional, she spoke to me of personal matters concerning other patients, and how she was going to call dfcs on a woman wanting Lasik for her daughter. I waited nearly 45 minutes to be seen, no other patients were there at the moment. The hours are very odd, never answers the phone. While performing the eye exam, I told her I couldnt make out anything at all, she stated I was blind and shouldnt be driving. Prescribed my son and I glasses. Once I received the glasses, I couldnt see a thing. Instant head and eye aches. My son also stated he couldnt see anything. So we returned them and made a retraction with the insurance. Come to recently find out, they never performed the retraction, although they told me they would do it that day. They kept the money. Went to a different eye doctor, as I knew, turns out Im not blind, my new glasses are perfect, and my son never needed any.

The checkup was fine but they told me it would take six weeks for my glasses to come in and they would call when they did. Two months go by and I begin calling wondering where they are. I called every other day for nine months with no answer until one day 11 months later they call me and tell me they are ready. These glasses make my vision worse. Terrible customer service, the glasses came a year later, and they dont even work.

What a waste of time!! Me and my son had an appointment and went to the office NO ONE was there. The woman in the other suite said she hadnt seen anyone in days. I tried calling the office but the voice mail didnt list her as one of the doctors. I called her phone numerous times and she didnt answer. This was very unprofessional and we be reporting her and the office to the BBB.

Office hours are flaky. Theres no office phone, they use an iPhone. The voice mail you can barely hear. I went here for my appointment however, no wait, glasses came in good timing... I just hate that it seems there are no set office hours smh
