Today I went in to get my glasses simply adjusted and it took 3 assistants to try and SIMPLY ADJUST my glasses so that they were more snug. Really? They ended up shattering the lenses from too much heat and I am moving to Phoenix literally TODAY (at the airport now) and going on vacation on Monday. The only solution they offered was for me to go a MONTH without my glasses so they could replace the lenses which is impossible with my -5.5 prescription. So I would have to go on a long-planned trip and 8+ hour plane ride with NO glasses OR with shattered lenses? They also never once apologized for this huge inconvenience or even said "Im sorry I can imagine its frustrating." There was never any putting themselves in my shoes and the doctor even had the nerve to say, "Well if your glasses are that important to you, you should have a back up pair." And she also brought up that my Ray Ban frames are two years old, as if Im due for a new pair of frames anyway.... Really???? I dont want to spend $400 on a new pair of lenses and frames because YOU BROKE THEM. This is extremely awful and I am still waiting for a call back from Dr. Hart. Everything felt so robotic and I feel like they have no empathy or understanding or freedom or empowerment or care to make things right and take ownership of their mistake. They seem nice at first but my family is super upset as well and we would honestly never go back. So now Im at the airport wearing my shattered glasses....

Orland Eyeworks is great! Everyone there is always friendly and always very helpful- be it something as small as an extra pair of contacts or a thorough eye exam. They have a great selection of quality frames, and if you like sunglasses they have many to choose from, including all the popular brands & styles. Highly recommended.

I have worn contacts and glasses since I was 8 yrs old, and this was by far the best exam I have ever had. Would highly recommend Dr Docherty. Also first time using 1-day Acuvue lenses and I like them a lot.
