Pros: Very professional and helpful. Cons: I have to wear glasses. I had a very positive experience. Dr. Viola, in addition to being very professional, made my exam interesting, informative, and really quite pleasant. (I never imagined Id make a statement like that about an eye exam.) Cindy, the person that took care of my order, insurance submission, etc, was also very professional, exceedingly helpful, and great to work with. Im a fairly demanding consumer and generally have very specific requirements. I wear suits during the day and blue jeans at night so I need glasses that are stylish with any manner of dress. I work on a laptop from 8-12 hours per day so I need anti-glare and other treatments. I dont want to carry sunglasses separately so "transition lenses" are important to me. I generally find wearing glasses uncomfortable so light-weight frames are essential. I know I took up a lot of Cindys time, but I never felt rushed or like she had anything to do that was more important than making sure that I left the office with the perfect glasses. Really first rate customer service!

I went to Walter eye clinic for my first time last week and had an amazing experience. The woman at the front desk, Amanda, was extremely kind and helped me figure out my new insurance. I felt very comfortable and welcomed there. Dr. Rana is amazing! Ive been having so much trouble with my eyes, and he took the time to explain things so well to me. He answered all of my questions and even took the time to help me find a prescription and type of contact lense that would be better for me. I highly recommend this clinic!

Ive been going to Walter Eye Clinic since I was a kid and I still come back to the suburbs from the city for my annual eye exam because the staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and positive. Drs. Rana and Kieffer recently fitted me for scleral lenses and they made what I thought might be a stressful experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend seeing any of the doctors at this practice!

Everyone in the office was so friendly. Amanda was very pleasant and helpful as I was selecting my frames. Dr Rana was my doctor and I would highly recommend him. He is very thorough and explains things well. My husband was with me and he was so impressed that he scheduled an appointment for himself. Both my daughters go there and they recommended this office and I am sure glad they did!

Highly recommend! Awesome office and Doctors! My Niece called me crying in pain she couldnt open her eye (scratched cornea). I called over to the office late on a Saturday right before they were closing, and they said come on in. By that night her eye pain was much better and the next day she was doing great. So impressed with their care and service that she is going back for glasses.

This was my first visit to Walter Eye Clinic, but it will not be my last. Brought my 7-year-old daughter in for an exam and had a great experience. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming and helpful, Dr. Rana was so kind and patient, and Amanda was very knowledgeable and so sweet as she helped my daughter pick out frames. I will be making an appointment for myself very soon.

I bought my 9 year old here for an exam and the staff was extremely peasant and helpful. There was a problem with my insurance and Amanda went above and beyond to get it straightened out.
