When I went I had charyl help me. And I am a very hard person to please. She never said no to me she said she was going to help me and get me what I wanted. The first pair came in and it wasnt to my liking she ordered a new pair and I am satisfied no charge of course. And for someone to help you and thats a no to you is one of the best attribute to sales person has. Ask for Cheryl
