The people are nice, and the doctor who conducted my sons examination has also been my examiner in the past and was very good and communicated everything well. However, Lens Crafters is in the process of removing the labs that make the lenses out of their stores. They told us it would be a week until my sons glasses were ready. Quite a difference from the hour or so we had experienced in the past. Well, a week went by, I called ahead to make sure the glasses were there, but they informed me there was a delay, and they would call me back with more information. I gave them my number, didnt hear back. Turns out they lost my number and called my sons mother instead to let her know they glasses wouldnt be in until Tuesday or Wednesday (originally Saturday). Not sure what theyre hoping to accomplish by changing the delivery time from a few hours to ten days, but its not customer service. And I didnt detect any savings they were passing down to the customers. May be my last visit to Lens Crafters.

The fact that they can have your glasses made within the hour is enough said especially since they are open 7 days a week you cannot honestly beat that. I am blind as a bat so without my glasses I am completely useless I cannot drive minus ride a bike on the street without crashing onto a oncoming car. From start to finish everyone was extremely helpful and my situation was I need glasses immediately, but unfortunately they were pretty much booked for the entire day. I simply explained my situation and waited a few minutes before being seen and somehow they managed to squeeze me in while I was looking at glasses. Words could not describe how awesome it felt to get new glasses so fast especially since I need them to drive, work and just in general see. I would like to thank Phil, Dr, Shikha Bhat, and 2 other employees name i didnt get but once again thank you so much!!
