My only experience with this Vet clinic was trying to be seen. Ive heard great things about this Vet clinic and its conveniently located near my house. My normal vet clinic has weird hours, so when my one dog had gotten really sick I thought maybe they would be able to help me. When i walked in panicking because my dog is throwing up and and acting not himself the front guest asked what was my dog being seen for. Explained what had been going on and this would be the first time he had been there and I didnt have an appt. They explained to me that they wouldnt be able to help me that I would have to make an appointment and I should probably take him to the nearest emergency clinic. Recently my other dog had some hives and I thought well once again I read reviews and thought once again I would give it another chance. I called them instead and spoke with the front desk again. Asked if I could make an appt. They asked whats going on with my dog. After explaining her symptoms they stated the only time available would be 2 1/2 weeks. Im sorry but how can you get help for your sick pet when they are "too busy". What if my dog was in a life or death situation? They couldnt take a quick look and stabilize them so I can go to an emergency hospital. Ive learned my lesson and will stick to my normal Vet or spend hundreds of dollars at an emergency clinc since this clinic doesnt really care to help my animals. Like we can predit when our animals will be getting sick so we can make that appt that will be 2 1/2 week way...

I was SO excited when the Veterinary Hospital opened in Rootstown. Not only is it close to home (thats a big plus for me) but there is a groomer there as well. They also have boarding but I have not had to use them for that yet. But, they are there when I do. Dr. Tiffany is a wonderful vet. She is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. My 11 year old dog is doing great in her care. She treats him kindly and with great concern for his well being. Her new facility is always clean and in order which reflects on her great staff who are always friendly and helpful. What is very nice too is that when Murphy goes in for grooming and he has a medical issue the doctor is there to check him out. Rachael, the groomer, always does a fantastic job and cuts Murphy exactly as requested. He looks and smells so good when he gets done. I appreciate them all!! Thank you for all your hard work and care for my Murphy!!

We switched the care of our 4 dogs to Dr. Tiffany and the Rootstown Veterinary Hospital a little over 2 years ago. We have been nothing but pleased with our decision to move their care there. The clinic is clean, spacious and state of the art in technology. The staff is professional, caring, organized and accommodating. I cant say enough about them! But more importantly, I cant say enough about Dr. Tiffany and about how absolutely wonderful she is. Shes knowledgeable, always has the best interest of the pet and the owner in mind and couldnt be more caring. Just a few days ago we had to lay our beloved 17 year old dog Bandit to rest. I cant say enough about the caring, help, and assistance that EVERYONE involved put in to making this situation as easy on us as possible, but more importantly our sweet Bandit. Dr. Tiffany is simply the best!

Rootstown Veterinary is absolutely wonderful. We adopted a cat who ended up having a LOT of hidden health issues, so weve been here a few times getting everything sorted out, and I have nothing but positives to say about the whole experience. Dr. Drach was really great about explaining what was going on and what our options were, and she didnt push for any excessive testing, unnecessary products, etc. She and everyone there are always so good with our grumpy cat, and you can tell they really care about the animals. (Everyone is also really friendly and helpful when interacting with humans, too! :P) Plus, prices are really reasonable. Ive been recommending Rootstown Veterinary to all the pet owners I know. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tiffany and her staff! I run a small scale German Shepherd Rescue, for dogs with more severe Behavioral Issues. My hubby and I also own quite a few critters of our own. ;) Dr. Tiffany has ALWAYS been there for our rescue and our personal dogs, making sure they get whatever they need! Herself and her staff go above and beyond, to make sure the dogs are healthy and happy. She also takes the time, to answer any questions I have, which you just dont see in Veterinarians these days. Her facility is always clean and smells great. Plus, if you need a little energy boost, she has juice boxes in the fridge for her customers! Ha. :) Overall... best Vets office Ive ever been to and I wouldnt go to anyone else!

We have been going to Dr. Drach since she opened in Rootstown and have always received excellent care and helpful, courteous service from all the staff. Just one of many examples...we are a multiple dog household. When one of our dogs contracted whip worms, and the treatment for all the dogs would have been very expensive, other treatment options were explained to us with no judgement for not going with the most expensive one. It means so much to have someone to go to that we trust completely when we have a problem or just for a wellness checkup.

It was a priority that I establish a ongoing relationship with a Veterinarian for my pets when we moved here 3 years ago and I was so happy to find Rootstown Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Drach and her staff are friendly, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Their dedication to helping animals is evident and I trust them with all my pets needs. The facility is clean and the diagnostic tools are state of the art. Having a groomer, boarding facility and medical care at one facility is very convenient.

I am writing on behalf of Roses Rescue. Our little rescue can not be happier with RVH, Dr Tiffany & Dr Emily and the wonderful staff. They have been there for our rescue animals many times. Always helpful when we have a problem. Hoping you get the additional staff members to be able to take in more new clients. It is apparent that you are needed in the area. I am so appreciative to Dr. Tiffany and the staff at Rootstown Vet. Our 11 month old Boxer mix was brought in on emergency after already seeing another Veterinarian who said he was fine. We unfortunately lost him due to seizures and a neurologic disease. Dr. Tiffany did everything possible for us and was compassionate to our situation. We will always bring our furry babies to them from now on!!!

Dr. Tiffany and all staff I have ever encountered are fantastic! Pleasant, caring, informative, and obviously are all big animal lovers. Ive always had ease when scheduling appointments. Weve been going to Rootstown Vet Hospital for about 1.5 years and our animals have been seen for routine visits as well as an emergency situation or two- would not take them anywhere else!!
