5 stars Rosemary C Featured review Peninsula Dental Care continues to do its usual excellent job. I was welcomed, signed in and completed another privacy form. I was just able to complete the form before Paula called me back for my teeth cleaning. I noticed that a new procedure is in place for setting out sterile instruments. They come packaged in a wrapped and sealed plastic box. Paula reviewed my last visit and recommended x-rays. I agreed. The x-rays were completed without effort on my part. They are stored on the computer so should be easy to check on when needed. I am still in the process of gum grafts so Paula checked on the fax from Dr. Dail, D.D.S., P.C. and followed his directions for cleaning those teeth. Paula does a good job of checking on the color of teeth and gums. She kept me aware of what she was doing. She recorded her observations and I waited to see Dr. Pham, D.D.S. Two things I appreciated during this visit are the way Dr. Pham quietly checked to see if the computer records on the screen were mine. She greeted me by name and quickly looked back to confirm a match with the name on the screen. Also, I was given the choice of whether or not I wanted the TV on. There is not a lot of control while sitting in a dental chair so that opportunity to say yes or no to the TV was valued. I now have clean teeth that shine. I am happy with Peninsula Dental Care, PLLC.

First and foremost I will tell you..... Do you want a professional office? YOU are at the right place! The staff at this office deserves a 10! Always attentive to the needs of the patients. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Prompt on time and ready for any questions. The hygienist is always so upbeat and ready! Paula you are the best of the best! The assistants are wonderful as well. No this is not your every day DENTAL OFFICE! Always upbeat and ready to help! Now last but not least! Dr. Pham is wonderful! Professional in every way! A very through exam that every dentist should be doing but often time seems to rushed to do so. Spent time explaining the procedures and the treatment plan. Certainly a A+ dental office! I would highly recommend this to everyone!

I had spent days prepping my 7 year old son for his dental appointment with Dr. Pham to get 4 fillings done. I was probably more anxious than he was given that he doesnt like needles and neither do I. After his visit, I called to check on him to see how he was doing. I was surprised to hear him say, " mom you were wrong! I didnt even feel the pinch of the needle you talked about. In fact, I didnt feel anything at all!" This is a testament to Dr. Phams gentle, and caring approach to her patients. When I went to get my fillings done a few weeks later, my experience was very similar to my sons! Excellent dental office full of professional, welcoming, and friendly staff. I visited the establishment when I requested an appointment for my husband who is in a very large power wheelchair. The place is small, but accommodated my husbands needs and were very helpful with the situation. The front desk personnel, Ashley, was extremely helpful and very friendly! The dental assistant, Kim, was the dental assistant who saw my husband. She gave excellent tips and was very educated in the dental field - a real people person! Would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of dental services!

I use to hate going to the Dentist, had to get over the nightmare of past bad experiences with Dentists, BUT now, Ive found the BEST! Dr. Beckers and his staff are just wonderful. They are truly caring people who show it each and everytime I go to my appointments. Im still a little nervy, now and then when I first get to the office, but Im soon put at ease starting at the front office. They are genuine people and it shows. They make it a great experience and I appreciate that more than they know!

Ive always received great service from this clinic. Both Drs Becker and Pham are always professional and make the patients needs their first priority. DAS Kim and Ashley are friendly and put a patient at ease. They continually talk to the patient and inform them of what is going on. The Dental Hygienist, Paula is very skilled as well as friendly. The front door representative, Ashley always greets patients with a warm smile, providing a joyful first impression of the clinic.

Dr Pham and her staff always take extremely good care if me when Im there. They are always very professional but are always compassionate as well. I had never had a filling and the dental tech Kim spent time explaining the exact procedure, how it would feel, and how long it would take as well as answering any questions I had. Dr Pham did quick, but great work on the fillings I had with no pain at all. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Peninsula Dental Care.

I came in to get a few cavities filled today. I had a great experience with the Dental Assistant, Kim and Dr. Heather Pham! Ms. Kim made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. She cares about her patients and tries her best to accommodate your needs. She will also tell you STRAIGHT UP what to do to keep a healthy mouth. Dr. Pham is super gentle and considerate. Their chemistry is great together. Definitely schedule these two together for your dental needs.

Heres my story! I was always afraid of the desntist! I have terrible teeth. Dr. Pham and Kim are so good to me and I feel like we are family! They always take such good care of me and I will always use them for my dental needs! When I have dental work done, which is often btw, they call to check on me and make sure Im not in pain. I love them so much! They also are able to give me nitrous gas which helps ease pain and anxiety if needed! They are the best at what they do!

These guys are great! Moved here from out of town and came in as a new patient with an emergency - and not only did I get in right away - they treated me with care and concern as if I were a lifelong patient! So I asked if they could become my primary dentist even though they werent "in the network" - and they worked with me to get everything arranged and they have been my destist office since! Great family atmosphere and always a pleasure to deal with them...

Dr. Becker has been our family dentist for over 40 years. He has always been the model by which every dentist should be measured. Since our retirement we have chosen to drive 4 hours each way to go to our appointments and it is always worth it. His staff are friendly and professional. If anyone can look forward to a dentist visit this practice will make you do that. I cant think about anything that could be better.

My first visit was amazing. Its actually the least anxious Ive ever felt in a dental chair. Of course my teeth have always been awful, but these people really know their stuff. Im really optimistic going forward. Ive had a lot of dentists in the past, but Dr. Pham and her staff are the friendliest and most genuinely helpful Ive ever seen. Shout out to Kim for being super knowledgeable and having a good sense of humor.
