Went there yesterday as a new patient. It was a bit slow to sit down, partially because I was a new patient, but partially (likely) because there is only one receptionist (it is a small practice). But, after I sat down, the experience was great (or as great as a dentist visit can be)-)). The hygienist (Katie) was amazing! She has a fantastic bed side manner, was great to talk to, was thorough in my cleaning and explaining the state of my teeth. She suggested ways to improve the health of my teeth and it was obvious that she enjoys her job. I highly recommend SRDC because of Katie!!!!! 4 Stars instead of 5 solely for the wait.

Great for adults and kids. Dr. Billings and staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. I go there because they get me back to work as quickly as i need and theyre happy to answer questions. I take my young kids to South River Dental because they take extra time to explain things to them and make them feel comfortable. For the first time, my kids actually look forward to their next visit to the dentist.

From the front desk staff to the back - awesome experience. Very friendly and accommodating. Annette, my hygienist, was fabulous and explained everything that she was doing. Dr. Billings was great and easy to talk to. Everyone made me very comfortable! Thanks to Amy for helping me with Insurance information. Very happy I made the switch to this office!

Had a fear of going to the dentist after being without a dentist for so long and a lot of issues with my teeth. The staff from front to back have made me feel comfortable for who I am no matter how I feel about myself and I highly recommend them for any dental need you may have. Very professional, fun, and detailing on what they can or will do for you.

I have very bad teeth and have been treated over the years by a string of competent dentists but have found Dr. Billings to be more than just competent and I feel I can trust him to give me the best advice (not just the most costly). Excellent practice.

Absolutely LOVE coming to see everyone at South River Dental Care. All the girls are so nice and personable. Dr. Billings is great and my family and I are happy he is our dentist. We recently moved about 40mins farther from their office but I will continue to come see them for my and my familys dental needs.
